The worst I can lose from more than two weeks of no play is the speed of my fingers, since Yoshi requires this along with annoying timing since we can't buffer Ledge DR.

Not sure about Fox and Snake, but as Espy said. You should be fine.

Yeah, after a month without playing, I notice the first thing affected is timing: reaction speed, buffering, and so forth. A few days was enough to clear up the rust for me.
