Mattdotzeb's style is horrible against Ganon. He opts in for the trade approach, which is terrible for falco against ganon in general. And I believe that a non-standard way (as if the trade approach isn't a disadvantage anyways) of playing is not optimal against Ganondorfs in general.

It was hype though.

duuuuude mdz vs kage. hype as ****!

Kage, nice!! That was an amazing comeback, your edge guards were on point!

Not entirely sure why the set was hype everyone in the venue is like oh look an impossible match up, Kage is like yo dawg im da warriorrrrr

then won, then more hype.

Damn, very impressive play by loki, I'm surprised I've never heard of him. It seems to me like he's a step or two above me in terms of play, meaning he's solid on tech skill, good spacing, good reads, good move placement, but still makes some noob mistakes that I can't seem to break the habit of either (immediately shielding after a whiffed fair, or being baited hard by that obvious dash dance at the end on FD).

Speaking of FD, what the hell did he ban if not FD...? I disagree thoroughly with that decision, I think he could have taken the set if he was taken somewhere else, even dream land or stadium.

edit: Renth, I think it was just more the fact that MDZ was wayyyy on point that set and kage still was able to beat him ganon-falco

Loki said also in 1 year, he wants to surpass me. I wonder if that will be possible.. =P

Yo **** mew2king's sheik. **** sheik in general, boring ass character.

Coastward, I feel you. I'm the only ganon main in the midwest besides trail, who has an extremely solid ganon (better than mine), but it's his secondary.

Ya **** M2k's Sheik more specifically, it's impossible... lol. I'm now 23-0 vs that ****.

I'll train Loki well for the year he's going to be here, I think I'm more suited to do it since I think his style resembles mine. He's not that technical but his basics are pretty sick. He already knows his setups pretty well, I think he can refine it even more.. he also 3 stocked The Moon in crews Saturday, complete ownage. lol. We tried to cover our mouths with our hands and hold our hype because it was too much, my god... That happened in the hotel at like 2 am. Hbox as a captain got owned by my team, muahaha! He kept trying to add an extra rule as last resort after we beat them but we still won, 3 or 4 more times.

Hbox was saying to many people he 2-1 me in friendlies with his Falco and got Ian training. lol. And then I also 3 stocked it in crews, **** that ****. Only lose 1 stock to his 3. Now I have to refine the more obscure matchups for Apex somehow..

I was also trying to CG Falco from 0 but it's quite hard, I mess it up a lot..

I'll try to think more stuff to say later. =P

Kage please get Loki to stop trying to Fair Spacies recoveries. He keeps messing it up and getting hit, when he can just stick his Bair in their face and win everytime.

Ya he is studying English and French here for 1 year total, gonna be nice to level him up quite nicely. He's already pretty solid as you guys may have seen. =D He's also going to Apex with me.
wow you should bring him to a ontario monthly sometime, i'd definitely love to play against him.

This is unrelated to everything, my game play isn't even in this video but I get featured on the "fight card'

I don't know.. I just like to be a part of things.

MMs

I barely beat Reno in an ironman MM, Falco/Fox/Marth/Falcon/Ganon vs Falco/Fox/Marth/Falcon/Sheik. It finished last stock Sheik/Ganon final stock. Too close!

I think I got 1-3 and 2-3 by Cactuar Ganon vs Fox and then I beat him 3-1 Falcon mirror. His Fox is ridiculous, so smart. >_< He 3-4 stocked Loki a lot too, it wasn't even close. lol

I 2-0 Ryobeat twice. I teamed with Reno teams MM vs G$ and The Moon.. we destroyed them 3-0 really easy somehow.. lol. Reno was giving me so many setups into ridiculous 0-death combos often.

I went 1-1 vs Tope and then the TVs blew up so we canceled it.. lol

Zanguzen Falco went 3-1 for me, 5$. I also beat Sensei 3-0 Falco again. Zanguzen is a more old school player than me apparently, I did not know like 2004.. he has really good fundamentals, really campy as well but that's ok. =P

MDZ beat Loki 3-1 I think as well, it was a hype MM set.

Thats what I got atm, ill add more if I can think about it.
