the new houston tier list will go up after hobo 20. please accomplish something good if u wish to be on there/rise up. i sense a newcomer(zori) and maybe a riser(ozz) or maybe even a secret character(sam). Oh and some will be removed(seth/light) and maybe 3000 due to his inactivity or cy due to him only wanting to do doubles.
