It's going to be almost impossible to lose 15 pounds in less than a month.


Even with the absolute healthiest eating and strenous exercise you're looking at tops 2 pounds a week.

That includes knowing exactly HOW much and what to eat, doing cardio 5-7 times a week, and weights 4-5 times a week.


I'm a health freak and a nutritionist... >.>

Well just be careful and don't hurt yourself / overdo it. Eat enough and make sure to include all food types in your meal (protein / carbs / fat).

If you're losing more than 2 lbs per week USUALLY you're losing water weight and muscle weight. Unless you're genetically gifted, then the usually might not take into account.


This is of course HEALTHY weight loss. Pills, drugs, not eating, etc. all they do is destroy your body from the inside and eat out your muscle tissue inevitably slowing down your metabolism. Unless you plan on NEVER eating again, I advise you never to do any of the above.

dude dont tell me you are that much of a ****ing idiot. EACH GAME in there is like 1$ each. You mean to tell me a 20-30$ fee that lets you into the venue(for the tourney) and lets you play free games in the lock-in all the way thru till sunday a 4pm is not good?

PS: even if you played each game just once it would pay for your entry AND more. God know sill play ddr and marvel 30-40 times. Thats not including all the other fighters or racer(Initital D and F-ZERO) or puzzle fighter or para para....ect

Maybe I'm just a child but I think it means that you pay to get into PZ like the venue fee or w/e for the lock-in and you get to play the arcade games for free instead of paying a dollar everytime you use it.

The deal PZ is offering is a VERY good deal that have never done before. a 20-30$ entry fee is BEYOND AMAZING. Now if you dont wanna stay the nite then you just pay your 5$ like normal.
