Thanks for props Timmy. I swear to ya'll I'll be the best so you can complain about mr too. One way or another I'll rise. It just takes smart player and a character higher than mid tier.

I know this is a little random and all, and it may come a little shocking to some of you guys, but I'm starting up a band with one of my old friends from school. I've been having this idea for almost the past year now, and after hearing that my old friend has also been interested in doing something with his drums, I just couldn't let this chance go. The part that might come a little shocking to some of you is that I'm going to be the vocalist lol.

I would like to go into more detail on all of this, but I think I should just save it for later. We just recently got finished discussing everything, and we still have a LOT more to talk about before we start doing really anything. I'm just so glad that I'll finally get my chance to do the next big thing that I love and can't stop thinking about. I'm going to make sure that this band is amazing. I don't care how long it really takes us.

Oh, and after reading through the last couple of pages, I just wanted to let you guys know: If I have the courage, to get up on the stage, and SING, with MY VOICE, this same LIFELESS VOICE that you were FORCED to listen to while watching that HORRIBLE Apex 2010 Hype Video, this same kid that sits there at his house and plays POKEMON on his Gameboy all day..........you can do anything.

If we were to give ourselves a genre now, it would be post-hardcore. We pretty much agreed that no matter what type of music it turns out to be like, it's always going to have that hardcore feel to it.

And thanks for the support, guys. I can't wait until we get to start our first practice session, though it still may not be for a while.

Also, please stop posting, Razer LOL.

ACTA has a pretty small chance of being held up in American courts, and I seriously doubt ISPs would lose their court case. In fact I think if anything gets passed to regulate internet usage anytime soon, it would be OPEN.

At least when it comes to internet regulation. ACTA's effects on patent law are somewhat different.

Well what do you think about the 2012 NDAA? Seems very unconstitutional to me, and obama passed it on new years eve day

Not to sound like it isn't a problem (I would consider myself a Constitutionalist), but I really see it as a non-issue overall. To quote Wikipedia here...

Wikipedia said:
"Nothing in this section shall be construed to affect existing law or authorities relating to the detention of United States citizens, lawful resident aliens of the United States, or any other persons who are captured or arrested in the United States."
I definitely think the Senate was... well... unAmerican to deny ratification of an amendment to make the distinction between an American citizen and one that isn't. So while it is clearly not constitutional, it definitely isn't the first thing like this that has ever been passed in our history and it's limitations are to that of "the law of war." Unless you are doing things you already shouldn't be doing, it won't affect you. Is it good? No. Can we do much about it now? Not really.

To be blunt I think it's best to keep one eye that way but full attention on matters that will more directly affect your life. Also if it bothers you that much, keep up with who is representing your district and let them know how pissed you are that they support such bunk. While politics may be pretty broken, Congressmen are still elected and thus have some ways you can keep them in check.

I think the NDAA is much more serious than any of the Internet bills. I'm not concerned about the effect of the actual bill, but the fact that it could become a pass for many more uncanny bills. "oh since we have this now, we can now add this". People are just gonna rebel harder and harder. The last thing anyone wants right now is more riots on the street and innocent people (I've read about a lady who was detained and she was just passing by an Occupy rally) literally innocent people being hurt or detained. That may make me sound paranoid, but I also could be extremely tired of the ongoing police brutality and innocent murders that's been going on for years. Bros must understand America would not be what it is today (all of its citizens and immigrants, etc) if it wasn't for its freedom to the people. Theres really no country like ours and now look, we've been holding our piss since 2001 and now we're on the brink of ****ting our pants

Well, just woke up and found some random unauthorized charges...fixing this is going to be a fun experience.

Oddly enough, smashboards had a hand in helping me fix this problem early.

Type 95 is hands down the best gun in the game, me personally I run it with rapid fire + silencer, still a one shot kill on the body.

You play on PS3 right? What's your PSN?
