I do get amazed at how quickly people judge a game. It hasn't even been out 3 days. Sentinel is super good, but it's not THAT bad.

No one is saying he's unbeatable. It's just obvious that he's REALLY good this early in the metagame since no one really has technical skill. It's obvious he will be top tier for a while though.

This happens with EVERY fighting game in the beginning.

It's a beautiful thing.

The evolution of a game from day one is always a fascinating thing to watch, and MvC3 probably has had the most extreme evolution of them all so far. So many crazy things being tossed around at once.

Can't wait to see how it ends up.

sentinel with xfactor can kill any char from anywhere on the stage with one combe. can kill and char from a c.light in an easy combo and people are figuring out stupid stuff. dante has like 7 0-deaths.

people are mad (and by people i mean everyone from people who never played,to people who playrd mvc2 for 10 years) because there are things in this game that dont make sense.

like sentinel. xfactor in general you can almost one hit low health chars with alot of 1 bar supers with xfactor and do 50% of their life if they block

im not saying they are fair or its good or bad. its just what happens.

and it should be abused.

Ive been really sick the past 3 days. that flu thing gnes had i got too but from someone totally different. i had a 103 fever and was poopin out liguid poo and all kinds of horrible stuff on top of that.

also, isnt there some sort of damage modifier on mvc3? That will solve xfactor+sent/dante real fast.

the moves dont scale down enough.

its really easy to do 0-deaths with xfactor i dont use any beam supers like ryu or deadpool but those do like 50% of ur life if u get hit in xfactor its pretty silly. they will do half ur life if u have a low health char and block.


chip damage is amazing in this game its silly

Yeah, X-factor is pretty ridiculous for all characters, but some obviously benefit far more. They really need to scale the damage bonus.

you cant really scale 5 hits and 5 hits are all it usually takes

yeah ur right sales will help but if ur a fast multihit char then ur ****ed and sentinel will be better since he doesnt need many hits
