I found it kind of funny how much that MK used the shuttle loop as an OoS option. Used to soo much it took 197% or something to kill link with it.

OK, got all the vids up except Drigo's which I just saw. I'll put it up shortly. Sorry this has taken so long, but I just had a test on OTC medications and Self-Care, so I've been freaking busy (and daggumit, this stuff is hard when I have to determine whether Allegra or Zyrtec is the "correct" medication for the sake of the test question when oftentimes in real life either will work essentially equally effectively).

Watched a good number of those vids Scabe. Your style has changed again, haha. I see you've been working on the mindgames and forcing habits out of your opponent, like all that empty shorthopping and recovering super high to avoid gimps. I also liked the bombing of yourself to escape trouble at higher percents; and when you did do it it worked very well.

Hopefully *better* replays longer than 3 min will be uploaded by someone with a hacked wii. The 3 min limit is why I rushed to beat Samus at the end. Unless someone SDs or is completely owned matches exceed 3 minutes:(.

Ugh, I know this is complaining but it's true. A lot of that stuff I didn't think I was doing. Like upBing on the Wolf match, FF Dair-ing, and many of the grabs were meant to be SH Zairs. I should have practiced the offline basics and gamecube controller before hand:urg:.

I totally choked :urg:. A week later I played some wifis and was much smarter. I might have one or two. Does anyone have a hacked wii and a good connection to me? Midwest and some of the West coast are usually good. I need to get matches that exceed 3 minutes posted. Can someone record a few when we play?

:( I don't have a hacked Wii either, and I don't remember our connection being particularly stellar anyway. I have like one or two matches of us saved I think (I might have deleted them) but they were stupid; I think one was Link dittos on Frigate Orpheon where we had a combined 4 or 5 SD's in like a minute and a half thanks to the wonderful world of lag (and the level flip, haha) and maybe one where I was DK.

I felt the Falcon picked some suboptimal options. I felt he was over-reliant on Jab cancels and Jab after N-air is a pretty mediocre option. And of course Izaw got baited really hard from N-air approaches from Falcon (I would personally Up-smash out of shield in a few of those situations).

Good match though.

It kinda amazes me when I watch Izaw's videos nowadays. When I first thought of picking up Link I wanted to see what good Links looked like, so I searched Youtube and found Izaw. I liked his style, and that was one of the deciding factors in me actually picking up Link. I used to think Legan looked so weird and couldn't understand how he was considered better than Izaw, although I accepted that he had to be since so many people said he was so much beter. Nowadays, when I watch Izaw, I'm really not overly impressed. He just seems so slow to me. It's the videos of Legan that really impress me now, and I just can't see how what he does can't be called anything but amazing.

Also got Deva's Zigsta match, but I couldn't find any other videos of either of you either here or on AiB. Found a couple of videos of Gays playing since they come up in searches for Link too, but none of you or Deva.

I really hope Deva comes back to Texas sometime--our set was one of the funnest tournament sets I've ever had, easily.

Got some more vids of Deva and ALSM up, and put up all of Red Ryu's vids. What kind of matches were they, btw?


Medicinal Chemistry is currently kicking my butt, just if you'd like to know. Also, I have DI homework for my hospital lab. I lol'd when I first got the assignment before I realized that in the medical world DI means Drug Information (basically tech support, but for drugs instead of computers).
