Man, a lot of those YouTube comments are really embarrassing to read.EDIT: Yeah, looks like Chugga's getting some comments about how people, in fact, are irked by the accents. K
If he plans on 100%-ing it it'll be the worlds longest let's play.Chuggaaconroy is Let's Playing Xenoblade Chronicles? He has a long way to go.
5 Months?Edit: @ NonSpecificGuy I'm pretty sure Chugga tweeted it will be no longer than five months
Yep. His music is awesome, especially this:By the way, this isn't relevant to the character (Well, it's the same series so it's kind of relevant but it's X so not Shulk), but I just learned that GODDAMN HIROYUKI SAWANO IS COMPOSING MUSIC FOR X. And I thought the soundtrack couldn't get more awesome.
I couldn't find anything that wasn't in the trailers, but I did find an extended version of the e3 2013 trailer music.True. He's not even doing a side project either.
Glad to see the recent spike in posts in this thread. As time goes on, more and more people seem to enter the conversation.
Yay for more famous composers. Haven't heard much of the music for X yet. Is it posted anywhere. All of the trailer music has been fantastic thus far. I'm also hoping for more British voice actors. Shulk's VA better not change in smash. Thankfully, Pit is now voiced by his Uprising VA in Smash, so I'm looking towards that as a good sign.
Yup, this is also pretty awesome. I believe he also composed the soundtrack of Kill la Kill, aside from the credits music which are licensed songs. There's no doubt that X's soundtrack will be amazing, might even surpass the original. Maybe.Yep. His music is awesome, especially this:
Oh agreed! I don't understand the voice acting complaints. I ADORE the British voice acting! It really helps give the game a different feel from most American dubbed games.I don't know about you guys, but I'm an American and I find British VA awesomely classy.
The CC lets you move the camera with the right analog stick, which to me just feels a lot nicer, even though I got used to D-pad camera moving after Mario Galaxy and Okami. But the Nunchuck does make it easier to switch between arts and move around at the same time in battle. I never had a problem with that on the CC, but it just depends on your overall preference.Anyway, I noticed that Chugga's using the Classic Controller. I myself am using a Wii Remote and Nunchuk combo (mostly because I don't have a Classic Controller). Is there any advantage that the CC offers over the Remote + Nunchuk? Because I've mastered the Remote + Nunchuk control scheme, and it works fine for me.
Hnnnnnnnnnnnnnng Dunban's voiceI don't know about you guys, but I'm an American and I find British VA awesomely classy.
And sexy.
You have no idea how messed up my mind gets when I marathon-watch Doctor Who.Hnnnnnnnnnnnnnng Dunban's voice
I didn't get all the fuss about British accents until I played Portal 2 in early 2012, and then I started loving them, so I was so happy when Xenoblade had British voice actors. The only downside is when I do my 13 hour quest fests I eventually start thinking in a British accent (and I'm not even sure that's really a downside at all).
I agree. I enjoyed the British voices and they did make the battles more intense. The voice acting in the battles helped the pace of them, in my eyes (along with the music).I loved the British voice acting. It was one of my favorite parts of the game.
A lot of people also hated them yelling out their moves during battles, but I loved it. Made the battles more intense, I felt.
I absolutely loved the way the characters shouted to each other during battles. It made it seem like they really were leveling up in affinity and such. And of course, them shouting out their moves was always fun. "Star searing flames of revolution!" "By my flesh and blood be healed!" "Here we gooooooooooo, Lariat!" "Born in a world of strife!" Ok, while that guy is awesome and I do support Shulk, it's IMDb you just linked us to. Have you seen the smash bros 4 page on that site?

It's a mess, seriously.
EDIT: Oh boy, the full cast is even worse if just for this:
Actual listing on that website. Unless Nintendo WANTS people to not buy the game, I'd say just laugh at IMDb cause it's hilarious. It's made up of things that just about any randomtrollstranger has put on it, so... yeah.
