DAY 68
The votes for our second DLC character have officially closed, meaning it's time to announce the winner!

Plenty of characters did well here, but to my surprise one surpassed the rest by quite a margin! Of course, it's none other than...
Shockwave, of G.I. Joe! I didn't really think this character was in any type of demand, but the Joe's SWAT Specialist manage to beat out even his team leader Duke! Way to g- what? Huh? What do you mean it's the wrong guy? It's Shockwave, you all voted for him, remember? OH, the other one?

ahem It sees that the vote reached a logical conclusion, as, by a large margin of 13 points, the winner is:
Shockwave, the Decepticon lieutenant and mad scientist himself, is joining the roster! Congratulations to Qwerty UIOP Qwerty UIOP !
Shockwave: 13
Duke: 8
Gelatinous Cube: 7
Ninjor: 7
King Kandy: 6
Miss Scarlett: 1
Mr. Mint: 0
I wasn't expecting another Transformers character so soon in the DLC, but given our list of nominees, Shockwave certainly outranks plenty of these characters in terms of popularity and moveset potential, so he is a very welcome addition to the roster; And as a bonus, the main Decepticon quartet is now complete!
Additionally, both the Shattered Glass and Old School costume packs will be seeing inclusion! Congrats to KneeOfJustice99 KneeOfJustice99 !
With that all wrapped up, and with no new votes to go over, we can skip straight into today's jobs!
NEW JOBS
As promised!

Job: Nominate a DLC Boss!
I'm thinking we'll only have 1 or 2 per season, depending on how this vote goes. But otherwise, this is fairly self-explanatory; Submit a boss character that will be joining in the DLC!

Job: Submit 1-2 Costumes for a Character that doesn't have one yet!
Costume Archive
Wanted to do something a little different here, so go ahead and pick costumes for characters that don't have any as of yet!

DLC Boss

Baron Karza (Micronauts)

250px-TheNewColossus-BaronKarza.jpg

I do remember PinkFlare PinkFlare suggested him for a boss fight as he is supposedly the Darth Vader of the Hasbro multiverse. Basically, he would have an unique boss fight as he would be a bit smaller than the fighter but his attacks would pack quite the punch! Overall, he would attack via his Iron Fist and the liking. A very fun, boss fight.

Alright, bit of an odd one here - but here goes nothing!

Boss Name: Flubber (or just "Glorp" if Disney are looking)
Boss Origin: 1963

What could be better for a boss fight than one of the few Hasbro toys that were actively dangerous? When released in 1963, "Flubber" (intended to tie into the film The Absent-Minded Professor which eventually got remade as Flubber, yes, that one) became pretty notorious for (allegedly) causing rashes and the like, to the point where they were investigated by the FDA. Of course, the recipe changed after this: and after the licensing deal died, it ended up taking on numerous names such as Glorp and Slime (at least before the name "Slime" was trademarked by Mattel.) Obviously this isn't a good thing, but I guess Hasbro diehards might like it for its historical "notoriety" even if it's now completely faded? Aside from that, inspiration from spooky blobs and slimes like The Blob (as well as my beloved Gelatinous Cube) would work well here. It should be spooky, no matter what - whether we present it as haunted or as a scientific experiment gone awry, having this Glorp be a bit creepy would add a cool element to our boss lineup.

Or, alternately, you could have it bubble up from under the paved street "60 Delta Drive" in Pawtucket, a prior Hasbro facility under which literal tons of Flubber was buried. Yeah. That works too.

First things first, I think confusing Shockwave for Shockwave is on us for not exactly specifying which franchise we wanted. But good thing you recalled the difference in the end. It's not your fault.

DLC Boss: Gloppy (Candy Land)

Who doesn't love chocolate? Well, if you repeatedly lose to this boss, you'll grow a distaste for the stuff.

The main reason I'm nominating him is to get more Candy Land representation in this game, since I grew up with it, and to skirt past the Disney legal system further by not even considering Flubber as a boss.

DLC Costumes:
Hasbro Jacket (Tyson Granger; green and white overcoat)
Beyblade is one of the few franchises that doesn't have a character costume yet, so there's no time like the present.

Serpentor

A villain from the GI Joe series. I figured we should probably do a GI Joe boss because we don't have one yet. I picked Serpentor mainly because I think his design is funny but also because he seems popular and important. A character who was cloned from the dna of famous historical leaders like Atlia the Hun and Genghis Khan. He took control of COBRA from Cobra Commander. He'd have snake themed attacks and also use Cobra weaponry.

We never got costumes for the D&D series, so I'm opting to rectify that.

Will also be resubmitting Galvatron as a boss as well.
Job: DLC Boss
GALVATRON
Given that I nominated Hot Rod last time, it's only fitting that I nominated his nemesis, and a major antagonist debuting in the same 1986 movie: Galvatron!

A major villain in Transformers lore, Galvatron is traditionally a Decepticon leader that replaces Megatron; In fact, in most he cases he is Megatron! After being defeated in battle by Optimus Prime, Megatron crosses paths with the Monster Planet Unicron, reformatting him into a new body with a new name, forcing Galvatron to serve Unicron as a slave.
With this transformation, Megatron is essentially erased, being replaced by a new personality, though one as equally vile. With this in mind, you can definitely consider Galvatron as a separate character, one that has memories of being Megatron. And to further solidify this difference...
Galvatron does what Megatron never did: He stops f*cking around.

Now, with that aside, Galvatron quickly replaces Megatron as the Decepticon leader, becoming the rival to Rodimus Prime, who had replaced Optimus in the Autobot army. Outside of the Decepticon Big 4 (Megatron, Starscream, Soundwave, Shockwave), Galvatron ranks as one of the most influential and popular villains around, which is capitalize on by Hasbro as he continuously makes various appearances in modern media, from Beast Wars II to Transformers: Armada, a starring role in the live-action films, and even in the recent IDW Comics, in which Galvatron is a completely unrelated character to Megatron! Wild, huh?

Of course, you may ask if it would be confusing for Megatron and Galvatron to cross paths on the same battlefield? Not quite, as in the Marvel comics, a very famous storyline occurred known as Target: 2005, in which Galvatron travels back in time to prevent Unicron's takeover, only to come across his past self!
To top this resume off, Galvatron was voiced by the Leonard Nimoy, aka Spock, in the original 1986 Movie!

Given that Unicron and Megatron are present in the game, it definitely stands to reason that Galvatron can find a place in this narrative, especially if The Matrix of Leadership is still out there; Galvatron will stop at nothing to have it for himself, after all!

Not necessarily the Vader of the Multiverse, just the Micronauts in particular. I believe Marvel was doing Star Wars comics around the same time they started Micronauts and a lot of direct comparisons can be made between those characters.
Although I suppose it's worth mentioning that there was an arc in IDW's Hasbro universe that saw Karza go to war with the Autobots, G.I. Joe and the Micronauts, so there's that.

First things first, I think confusing Shockwave for Shockwave is on us for not exactly specifying which franchise we wanted. But good thing you recalled the difference in the end. It's not your fault.
It was just a joke lol

DAY 69
We have reached... the funny number!!!!

Since we don't have any results to go over, going to jump straight into votes.
NEW VOTES
Starting us off, we will be going over our boss nominations for this DLC Season!
I think this may be the most diverse range of bosses I've seen submitted in any of these rounds!
Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be including more than one, so... go ahead and rank your Top 3, and your own submission cannot be in first!

And of course, we got a couple costumes to go over too!
  • Animated Longarm/Shockwave
  • Purple Cranium Colors
  • Drakkon Command Jason Lee Scott
  • Hasbro Jacket Tyson
  • Pirate Applejack
  • Prince Strahd Von Zarovich
  • Knight's Armor Drizzt Do'Urden
As usual for Costume votes, simply run down the list and vote Y/N for each one!
NEW JOBS
Today is mostly going to focusing on reflection and evaluating the jobs so far. Firstly...

Reveal Trailer Write-Ups are now open indefinitely!
Admittedly we are starting to lag behind on Reveal Trailers given we are now into DLC, so I'll be leaving this open indefinitely! Anytime somebody feels like it, they can submit a trailer for a character or gaming event, and it will be added to the front post. starting today! All of the previously done trailers are in that same post, mind you, so go check it out in case an idea of yours was already done.

Open Discussion: Costumes
I have been meaning to ask if these new costume jobs have been up to everyone's taste! I know revamping the entire costume last minute for the base game might've not been the best call, but so far the Costume submissions have been a lot more creative than before. I assume this was the right call, but if there are any objections...

Next up for Season 1
Gonna be holding off Season 1 Discussion until after all of the content is complete; We only have 2 Characters and 1 Stage, which isn't a lot. But I would like to ask if there is any excitement for the Season going forward! For this second DLC week, we will be starting with Electronic Toys and Video Game Characters tomorrow, and after that will be the second DLC stage job; I am also thinking about doing the Hasbro Free-For-All and Guest Round back-to-back, just to get it done in the same week, so let me know if this is something y'all wanna see happen!

Ideas for Season 2
Just to quickly talk about Season 2, since it has been on my mind; I was thinking about doing the entire season Free-For-All style, with Guests open for every round; Would this be of interest to y'all or would you prefer using the same system as Season 1? I mostly just want to mix-it-up between seasons to get the most of the pool of characters we have available to us.
Additionally, I was also debating on doing a dedicated WotC round - Season 2, given the schedule, will start around March, so a tie-in job with the D&D movie dedicated to WotC started to spring up as an idea; This may or may not lead to a 4th Class option being added to the Avatar as part of the DLC; But again, this is merely an idea.
How do you feel Season 2 should play out?

Movesets and Arcade Endings are open indefinitely

Skeletor Reveal Trailer

We see Hasbro Boy sitting around, arguing with the next door neighbor's kid about his toys. The parents are communicating in the foyer out back.

Hasbro Boy: Don't you got any other toys we can play with? I hate Barbie, and I'm not a Hot Wheels fanatic like you are.

We then see the kid he's talking to, and he's Matty Mattel, the old mascot of Mattel, Inc.

Matty: Well, I brought a He-Man toy with me. Would that work?

Hasbro Boy: Yes! Give him to me!

We then fade into a fight between Snake Eyes and Jace Beleren, already in progress. They both have a couple of notable bruises each.

Snake Eyes: Man, you're good.

Jace Beleren: Thanks, but so are you.

Snake Eyes: Flattery will get you nowhere in battle.

Jace: I know.

Suddenly, a bolt of lightning and an earthquake reveals a giant skull-shaped castle from under the ground.

????: Nyeh! Where's that blonde-haired nemesis of mine at now?

Snake Eyes: He's not here, but unfortunately, you'll have to deal with us.

????: Very well, then. I shall claim this battlefield for myself!

SKELETOR Takes Over!

We then see a montage of Skeletor battling other characters, like Twilight Sparkle, Optimus Prime, and Jason Lee Scott, on their respective home turfs, followed by a battle against Cobra Commander on Castle Grayskull.

After that fight, we fade back to Hasbro Boy and Matty Mattel, packing up their toys for the next playdate.

Matty Mattel: Same time next week?

Hasbro Boy: You know it!

The trailer then ends.

Copyright: Hasbro, Inc. / Takara-Tomy / Mattel, Inc.

Season 1 Discussion
I would prefer to do the Free-for-All round and the Guest Round on different weeks, because there's a chance people may confuse one round for the other when submitting characters. Or, if we have to squeeze them in the same job, then we should be able to submit one Hasbro character and one non-Hasbro character simultaneously.

Season 2 Discussion
I would, in fact, be interested to do Free-for-All rounds for the entire season this time, but maybe do another dedicated Guest Round free-for-all or two, instead of putting them in the other ones. But that's just me.
However, in the event of a new class for the D&D avatar, it's a 50/50 case for me. I wouldn't outright oppose it, but I wouldn't know enough to participate in it myself. Ditto that for a new MTG rep. Unless there's more to Wizards of the Coast than those franchises, that is.

For costumes, I love what we are doing. It allows for some awesome ideas for costumes for characters. As for Season 2, I really liked the themed rounds since that gave more of a challenge but I am fine with whatever. I especially hope we do the guest round prompt idea KneeOfJustice99 KneeOfJustice99 suggested a while back regarding a character from a toy company that is not Mattel, Lego, etc. It could open up for some exciting possibilities.

I will write more reveal trailers soon but I would rather let others have a chance at writing some as I have written most of the trailers thus far.

NEW JOBS
Toys have always been Hasbro's forte, but one thing they've always strived to do is find new ways of creating interactive fun. Board Games, Card Games, etc. But at the top of that list of innovation is a history with Electronic Toys and Video Games. At this day and age, there is nothing more interactive then tapping into new advanced technology and making it an accessible source of fun for kids and adults, and given that Hasbro Game Night Fight is dedicated to the idea of being a Video Game, then it stands to reason that there is a place for those characters in our DLC, isn't there?

Glover (Glover)

Quite honestly, who wouldn't be the Hasbro video game rep if this little magical hand wasn't it? His game was distributed through Hasbro Interactive in its initial release, and it's a glove doing ball tricks. The nostalgia and uniqueness would compliment each other very well here.
I believe the current Glover IP holder is Piko Interactive, not Hasbro, not sure if this impacts his elegibility though.

Character Name: Eiji Shinjo
Character Origin: Battle Arena Toshinden (1995)

Who better to represent video games in a fighting game than a fighting game character with a degree of historical significance? Eiji Shinjo is the main protagonist of the Battle Arena Toshinden series, which prominently was one of the first fighting games to take place in a 3D environment (after, of course, Virtua Fighter), but also featured a unique sidestep manouvre that took the game into "TRUE 3D." Aside from this, the first game was also one of the very first 3D weapons-based fighters, a genre that became more prominent with the SoulCalibur series as time passed. Nonetheless, the Battle Arena Toshinden series was a powerful force during the PlayStation 1 era, was popular both in the West and in the East, and really had a unique feel all around - plus, it was developed by Takara!

I suppose the question a lot of people might ask is "how do we make Eiji unique to someone like Snake Eyes, considering both would use a sword?" My thought process here is that Eiji would pull a lot of moves from his source material - such as Rekkusan, a fire-based projectile from his sword, and Hishouzan, a Shoryuken-like move with some forward movement. Eiji's moveset would, as such, fall firmly into Shoto territory - though I think his unique properties and potential mechanics would make him exceptionally unique amongst the game's roster. Plus, you could include aspects from his various movesets in the home series - his Overdrive meter, for example, could lend to another interesting gimmick if you wanted to go for that, similar to something like Cloud's Limit meter.

Whilst there's a lot of characters to consider from across the series (Kayin and Ellis came close!), Eiji's a great representative not just for the series, but for much of Takara's video game output. A character with unique mechanics, an appealing look and feel, plenty of historical importance and a degree of popularity both in Eastern and Western markets, Eiji's a good call in my book.

Q*Bert

Qbert.png

(I think this a kind of cheap, because Q*Bert fits more as a guest character, not a first party character)

Q*Bert is the eponymous main character from an arcade game,he appears in movies as Pixels and Wreck It Ralph and he have his own Funko Pop,the motive of i chose Q*Bert is because there is a Q*Bert game for PS1,Game Boy Color and Dreamcast, and Hasbro published this game.

Aw @!#?@!, here comes Pac-Man.

Hasbro Interactive has only published one Pac-Man game to date; Pac-Man: Adventures in Time for the PC. That said... he's Pac-Man. He's the biggest video game icon to have a game published by Hasbro. We could even go in a completely different direction from Smash's take on the character, like a World-focused kit for example.

Mr. Tiger Electronic

dcrjkqv-4ea4f3ef-ca95-4886-9a00-39daa2ea3270.gif

Credit to JubeiTheFoxx1942 on Deviantart for showing a pic of what the character could look like although it would not be a fox but I was stuck on ideas for this particular newcomer job. It occurred to me no one submitted a character inspired by Tiger's handheld games. Therefore, we can have a Mr. Game and Watch-esque character as DLC being....Mr. Tiger Electronics. Basically, it could just be a regular human in the Tiger Electronics sprite art form with the animation styles of the games. The moveset can be based on the original Tiger Electronics games such as Electronic Bowling, Electronic Baseball, etc. A fun character representing the Tiger handhelds.

I don't know if these would count due to being owned by other companies
To be fair, the prompt doesn't make it very clear. From what I understand, Hasbro doesn't own any video game IPs besides Tamagachis, so I just took it to mean any game character Hasbro's published a title for under the Hasbro Interactive brand, whether they own them or not. I'll leave the final verdict up to PinkFlare, though.

(plus i'd probably prioritize glover either way lol)

I could be misreading that lol. I was a little confused on why everyone wanted this round when the options are so limited anyway

The prompt right now is only focused on first and second party characters, which in this case are Hasbro and Takara-Tomy. So, if the character is not owned by them, then they do not qualify; This isn't a Guest Round so I would rather see these types of characters saved for the dedicated Guest Round.

Pac-Man does not qualify for obvious reasons (though he will for the Guest Round by technicality of Bandai being a toy company, so make of that what you will)
Q*Bert and Frogger also do not qualify, by virtue of being owned by Sony and Konami respectively, not Hasbro.
Not sure what the situation with Glover is; the original game was published by Hasbro and the developer has since dissolved.

Hasbro publishing/developing these games does not mean they own them, and these are more along the lines of licensed characters, which are different types of character and are counted as guests. They fall under the same banner as Marvel, Star Wars, etc.

Yes, the options are somewhat limited, but I'm not opening it up to guests this round and I felt it was made clear by the prompt.
There are still some characters up for grabs, and so far none of the eligible submissions are Electronic Toys, so that's still a huge chunk of history we have yet to tap into.

On a side note, this is somewhat of a problem with trying to do Themes, and as I said before I am thinking about doing FFA rounds next season that mixes Guests/First-Parties. This may end up happening anyway just to avoid situations like this in the future. Regardless, I cannot qualify half these submissions as it is

Fair enough - I still think the job is kinda underwhelming due to Hasbro not really being a video game company, but hey at least we got mr. tiger electronic baybeeeeee

just like one really random addition: i (personally at least lmao) think electronic toys can technically refer to pretty much any kind of toy you put a battery in or something, it isn't just like pong machines or the like! stuff like simon, bop-it and so forth could count here, but also characters from hasbro-based games or things like battery-powered toys :) (i really should have made that clearer when i submitted this prompt in the first place but here we are, feel free to veto this if you like but that was originally my thought process 😅)

admittedly there's not a huge amount of vg characters specifically but i was kind of hoping the electronic aspect would at least slightly counteract that (sorry about this) - HOWEVER. upon some research, apparently the library of the colecovision is open to use here as well as obviously the hasbro interactive stuff! also, a variety of ports and other developments were made by takara during the 90s and 00s so that might be a useful source!

Cavity Sam

The patient from the iconic board game Operation. I think having a "they added them?" character in the style of WFT and Duck Hunt would be good. He'd look like his does on the box, pink boxer shorts and all. I bet most people don't even know he has a name. He'd have an unorthodox gameplay style where different parts are taken form him' giving him different effect, kinda like Shulk's Monado arts.

Cy Girls

Continuing off from Eiji's nomination with sword-weilding Video Game protagonists from the Takara family, is one of the stars of the PS2 Game Cy Girls, itself adapted from the toyline of the same name!

Now, you might be asking: What is Cy Girls?
Cy Girls (also titled Cool Girl for later generations) was an early 2000s toyline from Takara, marketed towards both boys and girls- the idea here was to combine the elements of both a doll (like Barbie) and an action figure (like G.I. Joe). The result of this was a line of female crimefighting warriors, with different accessories, specialties and motifs! Taking place in a futuristic Sci-Fi Earth, these women form a global organization dedicated to bringing down criminal operations that have been converging since WWII!

Now, you might be thinking: "Well, this job is for Electronics and Video Games, so what does this matter?" Very early in the toyline, Takara and Konami teamed up to produce a PS2 game, one that would put the Cy Girls IP on the map... relatively, of course.
The result was... an admittedly middle-of-the-road game with mixed reception. BUT, it places Cy Girls as one of Takara's few Video Game centric IPs, and it was enough to earn Aska her own slot in DreamMix World TV, alongside other playable characters on our roster such as Tyson, Mason and Optimus Prime!
The game starred only two Cy Girls - Aska and Ice, with Aska being the one to be adapted into DreamMix. And she is definitely the standout star of this game, hands down! (I considered Ice for my playable character submission to differentiate from World TV, but her gameplay and character are so awfully boring). In any case, Aska is definitely the most popular character from this franchise, and given we're lacking a bit in Takara series and Video Games in general, I'd say this hits two birds in one stone, doesn't it?

Now, given that she was in a fighting game, I could just say "let's use the same moveset!" and call it a day... but...
ASKA MOVESET CONCEPT
General Playstyle
Aska would be a highly mobile close-quarters fighter, specializing in melee combos and quick getaways from the opponent.
She would have numerous passive abilities such as wall jumping, triple jumping and directional-ground-dodging due to her mobility, but would also be highly fragile with low knockback resistance.

In order to differentiate her from Snake Eyes, and other sword-weilders, Aska would make use of her special abilities - the forces of Nature! Her training and weaponry can be augmented with the powers of Fire and Lightning, frequently used within the game to kill opponents with powerful attacks!

Interestingly enough, Aska has multiple kill moves in her game that utilize special animations and are a core feature of her gameplay - as such, I've decided to just pull them right from the game into a HGNF moveset!
Attack NameDescription
Beheaded (Up)
Aska leaps up and somersaults in the air as she lands on the ground, slicing the opponent as if she were decapitating them, an actually kill move from the game! Although in this case there is no beheading... unfortunately.

Smite (Down)
Aska charges up her sword with lightning effects as slashes the opponent twice, before a bolt of lightning smites them in their place and deals high knockback!

Quick Slash (Side)
Aska boosts herself forward with a burst of smoke as her sword fires up; Once she catches the opponent, she quickly strikes them a firey blow from her sword!

Special Move NameDescription
Burning Pillars (Neutral)
Aska throws a fireball on the ground that erupts into a small pillar of flame. This move can be charged, succeeding from 1 pillar to up to 3, covering some distance in front of her.

This is a (heavily) toned down attack pulled right from DreamMix TV!

Smoke Bomb (Side)
Aska throws down an explosive device as she quickly flips backward or forward (depending on directional input), avoiding its range before it explodes! This is a key getaway tool that is pulled directly from the Cy Girls game!
Ninja Hook (Up)
Aska throws a Kunai attached to a wire (essentially acting as a grapple hook), and pulls her opponent towards her, dealing damage upon the Kunai making contact and closing distance between her and the opponent.
Additionally, this move can also grab ledges, acting as a recover with both upwards and sideways grab options.

This is a move ALSO directly pulled from the game!
Counterslash (Down)
No Platform Fighter is complete if there isn't a swordfighter with a counter!

Aska charges her sword with lightning as she gets in a blocking stance - if attacked, the lightning charge would cause a burst of light that temporarily stuns the opponent, leading to Aska striking them with a sword slash!
Super Move NameDescription
Level 1 - No Escape
Aska throws out multiple Ninja Hooks at any nearby opponents - If they are in range and are caught, she quickly pulls them forward and charged up her sword for a powerful aerial flaming sword-slash, striking multiple opponents at once and dealing kill-worthy damage!

Screenshot_20230221_113619.png
Level 2 - Enter Cy-D
Aska stabs her sword into the ground as the entire stage cyberforms around her- Soon, all the combatants are transferred into the Cyber Dimension, also known as Cy-D, in which everyone's Special and Super attacks are disabled... except for Aska, giving her the advantage. This lasts for 30 seconds as the opponents must now survive an onslaught from Aska!
Screenshot_20230221_112709.png
Aska's mobility will also be augmented, given her a boosted jump height and attack speed!
Haven't planned out any taunts, but...
As part of the game's design, Aska will have her brother as a radio contact guiding her through certain levels and being a source for character interaction. If you remember in Smash, Snake himself had codec conversations for the entirety of Brawl's roster... So, what if...

Nah, nobody could possibly be interested.

DAY 71
Apologies for the lateness, I wanted to get my nomination properly written-up for today. Although, we're not going to be doing much anyway, but I have some things to discuss regarding the schedule anyway.

But first, you all voted on the tiebreaker, and the first boss of our DLC will be none other than...
Serpentor, of the G.I. Joe series! Congratulations @DarkVortex!
A Joe boss was definitely missing from the base line-up, so it's nice to see that whole filled, and of course Serpentor is the perfect choice! Only with the combined might of Cobra Commander and G.I. Joe can he be defeated in battle, after all!

And now to move into today's vote
NEW VOTE
Yesterday was a bit frustrating as I had to shoot down multiple submissions, which is something I don't like doing, but I do want you all to know that there is no ill-intent; the focus is simply for Hasbro (first and second party) characters. With that said, the surviving nominations this time around are...
Glover is a bit of a gray area, but I did some review and I'm opting to keep them eligible by virtue of being owned by Hasbro in the past. And, honestly there aren't many other submissions otherwise.
With that said, there are atleast enough to do a proper Top 3 ranking, so... go ahead and rank your Top 3, and your own cannot be in first! Only the top winner will be moving forward into the roster!
  1. Eiji
  2. Aska
  3. Mr. Tiger
Battle Arena is honestly more notable of a game series than whatever Cy Girls had, and I think it has a very deservable spot in the DLC roster; I'm still rooting for Aska, though!
NEW JOBS
Job: Submit 1-3 total alternate Costumes for characters!
Costume Archive
Mostly just using this job to fill-in for a lack of other available ideas! This time you can submit up to 3, mostly to speed up the rate at which costumes are added.

I have thought about this, and I decided I will be holding the Hasbro Free-For-All round tomorrow; This is mostly because I want to hold off on stages and items until we have an idea on what Hasbro-specific content is included in the DLC. Rest assured, this will go by quickly, and the 3rd Week of Season 1 DLC will be dedicated to filling out this content.
On that note, that also means the Guest Round will be moved to this weekend, so be prepared!

Movesets, Arcade Endings and Reveal Trailers are open indefinitely!
