Hacking, Cheating, And just plain Dirtyness

Congratulations on a mighty fine purchase. All the Action Replays around my area are still sold out unfortunately.

As long as everything made on AR is legal I see no problem. Problems only arise when people make hacked **** on their ARs (illegal movesets, etc.)

common, where can you buy an AR from anyways? Do they sell them at game stores, wal-mart or can they only be found in dark alleyways?

I dont use hacked pokemon if anything i use all tms and hms and masterballs but hacking is not so bad honestly can you really use masterballs aganist someone.
Me: GO Swampert
YOU: GO Flygon
ME: Throw the master ball at flygon ONE HIT KO
Also hacking the game makes it 20 times for fun when you play counter strike or GTA dont you hack/ mod it makes it for fun for every one like playing CS and having a super hero mod were everyone is super hereos or GTS when you make it that you have the back to the future car it is just a diffreent way to play!!!!!!!

GameStop, EB Games, Target, Walmart, Safeway... The list continues. It's hard to find right now because everyone wants it for pokemon, and because the stores dont take restocking them seriously. They have more priority on putting more copies of Bratz: Anorexic Pre-Teen on the shelves.

Jajaja, went out and got myself a Gameshark for GBA (all I could find :psycho:). I wanted GBA, 'cause thats where I do all my work, lol. And it was pretty cheap. So, I guess I'll become a hacker as soon as I use it...

I was searching for codes to use, because I'm not interested in multiplying items or Wild Pokemon Modifiers that're already programmed into it. I want to make some Max IV breeding parents and then quick hatch, because the people I play are nazi purists (so I want the end result at least to be "legit").

Anyone know a site that has Gameshark Codes for GBA pokemon? I have found that AR is waay more popular that Gameshark, which is kind o annoying when looking for codes. I was searching and saw a really old forum that gave me this link:

and tried to access it. The forum stated you could input all the info you needed on the hacked pokemon, and it would generate the code for any type of hacking device. But I couldn't get on it, server not allowed or something stupid like that. Does that mean this site is dead, or just password protected? And does anyone know another site like that then?

And if anyone does leave a link to another site that works...I guess I've been converted, too >_> I have been pwnt :dizzy:

I just checked the site out, and you have to be a member to use their codes. Also, you have to pay money every month. Dont go there.

It works for both Action Replay and Game Shark. leafgreen386 found it before I did and posted it on SWF some time ago.

Edit: Because it now has the strength to believe in itself. ;)
But general hacks on it dont hurt.

Lol, no kidding. I concede defeat, props to helping me see the light, etc, etc. Hahaha, nvm about his stuff being simple. If you want to get something exact, you have to know a lot of info...I was jugding the "simplicity" argument off of the WPM and item codes...where you just press A.

There is some stuff on this site I don't understand :confused: I don't even know what version gameshark i bought...its that weird SP loop one... OT secret ID? wtf? Mirage island code...so thats how it was activated..a pokemon code... ABCD code? zomg, hackers are better than I thought...Imma noob....

Edit: And what is "check sum"? You know what, maybe someone who knows this stuff well should just tell me to pm them with Qs....

A secret ID is part of your Trainer ID you dont see. Think of them as extra, secret digits to a phone number or something dumb like that. I think it was first made to thwart hackers kinda like the Obedience Bit was created to stop people from hacking Mew and Celebii.

I cant help you with the rest. My eyes bulged out the first time I saw that site too.

Holy crap! I thought my thread would have been long dead by now! Jesus people, either you hack or you don't, aint that the what it comes down to now? Really, I've said it once and i'll say it again, hackings ok to a certain extent. I don't want wonder guarding spiritombs or mind reading/sheer colding snorlaxes.

look, IVs and stuff? It really aint gonna COMPLETELY change the match, unless of course, your iv is like 2 or something. I think we outa just make a list of everyone who's on the hacking side, who's not, and who's inbetween, and just let it be...

btw, anyone feel like PBR?

yep.... get under a desk.... i want an AR.... Now with AR u can give ur pokemon max IVS and EVs right?

I've been reading this, I just didn't see a reason to close it. It kept all of the debates about hacking in one place. And if the discussion is over the topic will just sink on it's own.

and matt, i got an AR at best buy.

well, you can't get pokemon w/ max ivs unless someone gets it on a flashcart and gives you the code for the pokemon to input on the AR. There's no cheat to magically make max IV pokemon out of nowhere on an AR as far as i know. There might be, but i've looked and found nothing.

an sheesh, does no one want to play PBR or does no one have it?

, thats what I'm going to have to revert to doing again. I didn't even get anything I wanted out of the stupid thing :ohwell:

But can you really say it works better? It takes FOREEEVVVEEERRR to do the legit way, and even then, you're not going to have MAX IVs, you're just going to have really high ones (but they're good enough, imo).

True, I just sold my AR on eBay for $201.98
