I just got done talking to Piman on Aim. He said he just moved into his dorm and is still getting set up. I dont think you guys would mind if we give him a few more days to get things settled. He says if he cant make it in time he will give the match to godsmith, but i think its fair that we give him say 3 more days.

yeah, i just got moved into my dorm today, classes start tomorrow and such, but i plan on talking to the tech guys about why my wii won't connect or register with the network, seems to be a recurring problem lately :-/ however, I will still try to contact godsmith and work something out, at the very least put him through to the next round if I get dq'd. thanks for understanding I.iZ but i do feel bad if the tourney is extended just for me >.<

hope to have things up and running sooner rather than later...if you know anything about networks that are university protected and such, pm me if you want to try to help, i was on the phone with nintendo support for a half hour before he gave up lol

Ha. Just that everyone knows Hylian is a great GaW player, where as im some unknown with little to no tournament experience. I will give it a try and hope for the best, but i dont think i am on Hylian's level.

i knew you from this thread, a saw you around a bit here on the g&w forum, and omni had mentioned you a few times. So i figured you were pretty good / well known.

Its hard to tell. I mean, I could imagine it'd be different if I didn't know anyone, but its like, when a kid from the middle of nowhere yells OMG I LOVE ANTHER HES MY HERO, i get to say "oh yeah? i see him on most sundays."

But its ok Lain, we all love you, and thats all that matters

It's the only thing that makes sense.

That's the problem with single elimination tourneys, the best TO's can do is separate the top 2 players and hope the rest of the placings fall into place.

This is to avoid less skilled players placing higher then better players, just because of random bracket ordering.
