I think I've said this in multiple other threads, but it's very relevant here. In Ohio the pair of X and 4% APR consistently beat players in teams where they both lost to both of the other players in singles. Almost every tournament the results would be:

Singles:
1.Drephen
2. Next best guy (sometimes 4% would take 2nd)
3. 4%
4. X

Doubles
1. X + 4%
2. Drephen + Next best guy or Watty if he was there(drephen's friend, who many times WAS the next best guy)

This happened fairly consistently over a period of a couple years, which to me is enough to include 4% as a player notable for his teams performance over his singles performance. In the last year or so X has retired and 4% has started beating Drephen in singles... Luckily 4% doesn't team with Drephen unless they're out of state to keep things interesting. I wish 4% would actually do well in out of state singles so I could feel like the person who always ends up stomping me was actually a top player XD.

Nobody's mentioned SilentSpectre and Darkrain...

which absolutely radiates manliness.

4% + Drephen got this team down to last stock/last game at pound 4. Drephen stole a stock and then died in the 1v1 end, although he did do work with the stock he took beforehand. Both teams are pretty ****, although a consistently lucky sheik and a fox with a silly playstyle cannot compare in sexiness, lol.

Mango and Lucky, Mango is always good but when Lucky is having a good day, dont even try to stop them.

and uhh, SS and Tang, my personal favourite team, though Tang doesnt play anymore/is kinda bad :S
