Waba was pretty cool. I'm still a bit upset that no one told me we were doing crews and I went and payed my $10 anyways. Crews are fun, but I don't think they should be for the main event. I payed $10 expecting to do a best 2/3 double elimination tournament. Not to play half a match with Xif.
Also, people who didn't even play in the crew won money. Freakin Yiff won money. If we would've done a regular tournament, Xif or Chaddd would've won, and they would've made a lot more for them self.
but anyways.... other than that, I had a great time. I felt like I was doing much better than other days because I was thinking more and choosing good options. Thanks to everyone who sat down and played with me, and thanks to the State Alchemists for giving me good encouragement and experience.
and XIF, if you're still down to play with me and Archaic at GA Tech... let me know. I only played you a few times today and I could see that I need to play you more to get better.

I'm just mad I didn't get to compete. If Xif had lost to tubes, I would have been put up, and I am pretty sure I could take Tubes with one stock, XD.

Random Black Guy Who played Jiggs(Melee) and MK: Good games. Missed rests are the best thing to punish. Jiggs V. Ganon isn't a very good matchup, from what I've seen. And I hammered you out of the whorenado, after using it against you. Win.

Overall, this waba was fun. We should do crews more often. I don't know if I like crews or brackets better.

it does it if you jump at peach from below onto a platform. and pressing down just once gets you some rough damage, you don't want to face peach on a platform, they will probably downsmash for a quick 40 percent.

Crews are alright. but as you said there's the possibilty you might not compete, and in that sense georgia won't get better from that.

That's what happens when you play a non-competitive game like mario party 2. Always get mad at the luck.
Should be playing mario party 4 for ultimate competition. You won't get mad at that game, just realize you were outplayed.

How many people who normally attend the monthly will be going to winterfest? Maybe we should have the Dec monthly the week before so that we get a better attendance if too many people go?

The tournament is on the 28th.
I repeat, the Smash tournaments at Waba are on the 28th of November.
That is the last Saturday of the Month.
If you show up on the 21st, there will be Smash, but it'll be a weekly.

In addition, if you register on the Waba site, you will be notified of changes as we make them.
