Well, that's just my take on it.

I think Geno has a fine shot, but I don't buy this video as a credible leak in the slightest. There's too many logical loopholes you have to jump through in favor of it confirming Geno, be it a supposed cancelled Direct at the last minute, to no one on Gamestop's staff catching the error and uploading it anyway, while also keeping said video up for now 3 days and not making a big deal of it.

The puzzle is coming full Square. I will realize my 100% bet on Geno was/is always worth. The puppet I remember when I was 6 years will reborn in my mind being 30 years now.

When the trailer drops, it will be the most amazing thing I have ever seen on the Internet. Been waiting for this moment since Smash 64. But a proper demand since Brawl, as many of you.

For me he is in, regardless of recent news. He has always been planed for FP2. Geno will awake after the long 24 years of sleep.

There is no way Sakurai, Nintendo and Square won’t make this character playable after all the demand, all the years, FF and DQ already in Smash, the Big Others are already in.

There are only a few MUST and Geno is on the top of those. It’s his time to shine.

Geno in Smash will make me revive the feeling of my inner child. My most wanted character in my favorite game ever which I have played all my life in all Smash games.

Andre I feel is having fun with this. His response is open ended. "He is! in Fighter Pack 7" means nothing. It is a non answer to the question. I wouldn't read into this too hard gang.

EDIT: He is not saying he is a challenger or a Mii Costume. Just that he is...in fighter pack 7.

Honestly I think it's just Andre being cheeky. Someone asked him to say Geno's in, so he said Geno's in. I know the GX crew have hinted things before, but this feels a little too direct for someone who depends on a good relationship with Nintendo.

The only things that come in fighter packs are fighters, stages, spirits, and music. Geno is not a music or stage, and already has a spirit. So either he's the fighter, or Andre's messing around.

I seriously doubt the costume would be returning. There's a chance, but I doubt it. Geno's one of the last really big heavy hitters for Smash requests and I don't think they're going to do the Mii Costume twice.
