1. I think a Kirby RPG would be pretty cool, actually. He could learn new abilities from absorbing monsters like a Blue Mage in Final Fantasy. Would also work with SMRPG for the star theming.

If it makes you feel any better, even if our boy doesn't make it in, writing that letter helped a lot in at least just making me feel like there was something I could do to help try and get him in. Basically Operation Starfall and it's campaign and this thread has given me hope. Otherwise I honestly wouldn't even try to voice my opinion or support him in some capacity beyond personally wanting him and talking to friends about it because I'd have no hope that he would ever make it in. Some may try to argue that having hope only to be led to disappointment is worse than having no hope but I disagree. Having voiced my opinion and tried to make a difference, I would certainly feel disappointed if Geno didn't make it but at least I'd feel better knowing that I had tried and there were many others championing for the cause.

I feel as though he's the only shoo-in that's tied to a first party Nintendo Franchise. His status as a Square character makes him unique and I think it's enough to slip him into what is thus far a predominantly third party DLC cycle.

Not necessarily. It could have been, but it actually translates into Mushroom Forest from Partners in Time or something like that, iirc? It probably wasn't BtFM... although, considering Sakurai wanted Geno since Brawl, I wouldn't rule it out. I'm just saying that we don't know and likely will never know.

That cape animation is fire. So fire that it reminds me of Fire Emblem.

There are plans to make some of the letters public, at the very least, at the discretion of the authors and creators involved. However, that will only be allowed after a certain amount of time has passed for Nintendo to receive the letter compilation. When the allotted time passes, I will certainly be posting my letter, along with the art that I sent (although all of the art is already publicly available rofl).
Today's the deadline, so it has to be done ASAP today if you still want your letter to make it in. The email is smashultimatedlc@gmail.com. Everyone's assembled a lot of the letters and prepared plenty of stuff by now, though, so while I think we can still get your letter in, I unfortunately can't promise anything.
