See kids? The moral of this story is if you run from monsters like a pansy, the bosses will destroy your sorry butt in seconds
So much truth, I thought I learned my lesson from FF12, when everyone said it was so easy and I couldn't get past the first boss ;_;

M&L spoilers, though I'm pretty postive I don't need to spoiler, since it was just about my fight with Popple. =/
I'm currently level 29 with each bro, each attack hurts him by about 1 with Luigi, same for bros attacks, except the knockback bros which does 15 and Mario deals 9 or 10 for normal attacks with 19 damage for splash bros (which is my strongest attack on him), I think it's because he's got the Piranha swing badge, I feel I could beat him if I just use those bros attacks and I honestly feel like I got used to him and can dodge everything but then I mess up he goes ahead and steals my mushrooms and/or hammer. D:<
I suck :urg:

Yeah, I started my first day at college, I've seen some familier faces, I don't think any of them are in my class, but that's ok. Hopefully I'll still get to see them.

At lot of things happenend today, College starts, my dads coming home and I just got TTYD in the mail today, that was fast, but I'm not complaining though may mean less Metroid time :O

Man, I started four weeks ago.

But I'm still in high school so I don't matter yet lol.

Paper Mario music is so relaxing. My friend had crystal palace playing in the car, and I was like, "Yeeeeaaaahhhh..."

Call me a nerd, but my favorite genre of music is video game music. :p
I don't listen to what people at school listen to.

I prefer to play video game music through the piano than listen to it regularly.

I enjoy Asian Pop the most. But I think that's already been hinted at. XD

I'm a classical guy myself... can't stand lyrics. But really, I'll go for almost anything instrumental- such as, well, vidjo games. 8D gusty garden plz

...Pff, I've been in school for almost a month, guys. Seriously. So have the people in public school around here.

That's kinda weird. You just hate vocals in general or ones with lyrics? What about O Fortuna? That has lyrics.
I just... hate words in music. It's not music to me. I just can't stand words. I can only enjoy instruments. Even if you set my favorite piece, whatever it may be, to words, I wouldn't like it.

I seriously like all music except country. I'm willing to give anything a chance.

Well, hey. It's not that I hate their existence, I just can't stand their sound. What's great for you may (or may not, for that matter) be sub-par for me. ...Just sayin'.

I mean, I like classical, but even something as renowned as Beethoven's Symphony No. 9... I don't like it. I can't stand it. Set it to just instruments, and I love it. Then again, choral music drives me up the wall more than anything, but...

...Anyway. x_x

So I'm at school. How are we all doing today? :)
Hi, Tery. :3

...Me, personally... I'm tired from the work I've been doing around the house lately. Sore as hell. I'm also kind of worried about my relationship with my girlfriend, but I'd rather not talk about that... :(

So... um... yeah. In a word? :urg:

music set to words tends to be less creative because you need a refrain and a set format. you can take greater liberties with melody and sound if you don't need to anchor your music to lyrics.

Aw, like housework / chores and stuff? That sucks.

Hope things work out for you. :)

I don't get the "In a word?" part.
No, work on the house. Trying to keep it from falling apart, see. The wood in the rear of the house, which basically keeps it from collapsing, is heavily rotted.

Meh, they are.

...Well. ^^; In a word, urg. :p Silly Tery.

I think it means, "in a word, he feels urg.", you know like the smiley, ":urg:", hope thing get better for you though, Pat! =)

Ninja'd, maybe if it didn't take me 30000 hours to write this post =/

My day was pretty :urg: also, it was eid and my sisters last day before she went back to college, so we were going to make it special occasion, but unfortunatly, I fell asleep just before we were getting ready :S
When we went there, it was closed and we went to this place we normally go to called Kebabish, I think was busy that day or something because the service wasn't good, when we got our order though, I didn't like it :p, it was malasa fish or something and then we got Ice-cream from McDonalds.
Though to be perfectly honest, if I was more awake, I do think it would have been a very fun day, we even played I spy and that didn't wake me up, I normally loveee I spy.
On the bright side, at least I made progress in TTYD, I'm thinking Flurrie is one of my favorites, I have no idea why most people here don't like her, I might call my Jynx with Body Slam and Lovley Kiss after her <3

Ah... thank you. :o Things are much better for me, girlfriend-wise... I'm glad, I don't want to shoot myself...

Sorry you had a poor day, mate. :c

I love TTYD. :)

Not really. Ideally, vocals are just another instrument. I would agree that lyrics should be secondary if they are present, but I don't think the mere presence of lyrics makes a song less creative.

I actually thought Moonview Highway was pretty good. Not the best, but definitely one of the better stages.
Moonview was the best in MKWii IMO, but Mirror Mode Toad's Turnpike > MH. I can't wait for the game where I can terrorize other players online in incoming traffic. >: )

Meh... I like Maple Treeway. Music, visuals... a good combination. One of my favorite Mario Kart courses...

Edit: Honestly, I wouldn't rather use up my 2000th post anywhere else.

...They didn't.

As of tonight, my seven-month-long relationship has "temporarily" ended.

I'm sick and ****ing tired of *****ing about it tonight. If anybody wants the scoop, look for me in the Pool Room's "Something Bothering You?" thread. Meanwhile, I'll be crying in a corner.

Toad's Turnpike + Mirror Mode = FRUSTRATION

lol that track would always get me. Oncoming traffic was so much easier to run into. Did anyone else get combo'd by the traffic.
