Specials
Up B: Surf -

Up Custom 1: Rock Climb - The range is increased, Lickilicky is the only hitbox (no "path", only debris falling under him) and damage as a whole is lessened.
Up Custom 2: Muddy Water - Less range, more damage. Changed water colour.
Neutral B: Explosion - Chargable, Lickilicky grows more and more bright red. Increases in damage, range, and knockblack, but will also increase recoil damage (5~>15% self damage).
Neutral Custom 1: Rest - Restores 15~>40% damage for charge, but puts you to sleep. No damage.
Neutral Custom 2: Attract - Erupts in lovey aura, increasing in range and the duration for which the target will be dazed like shield break.
Side Custom 1: Ice Beam - Less damage, causes the freezing effect.
Side Custom 2: Thunderbolt - Higher damage, but worse wind up.
Down B: Swords Dance - Does a silly jig, then recieves a buff that gives enhanced damage like
Deep Breathing.
Down Custom 1: Belly Drum - Deals 15% self damage, but doubles the power of the buff.
Down Custom 2: Curse - Buff increases given damage (less) and reduces taken damage, but makes you slower for the duration.
Final Smash: Hyper Beam/Giga Impact: Chooses on Proximity like
's.
Hyper Beam - Standard giant beam. Multi-hit high damage.
Giga Impact - Charges wildly across the platform (ends immediately in mid air), dealing minor damage while it travels. When reaching the end of the platform, explosion effect that launches the opponent.
Animations

I dun have any real ideas for taunts/victory animations.
Defeat: As its arms are too stubby to clap, it kinda dances like a cheer.
