Peach absolutely - she is completely unchaged making her more effective against her poorer matchups who were nerfed (ie: marth/fox/sheik).

Sheik is debatable - many consider her to be better in PAL because her uair is weaker and better for comboing - but I believe NTSC Sheik to be better all round simply because her grab game was so much stronger with d throw chain grabs and auto comboes.

Imo Sheik's better in NTSC. Up-air's killpower is very useful and d-throw's automatic combo-startup/kills is invaluable in matchups like Peach and Marth.

Also, I believe the thing that benefits her the most are Fox's nerfs (and other characters, but most importantly Fox).

also zxv pretty sure the quickest way is to start the game, if its pal it'll ask you if you want 60 or 50 fps, but ntsc wont.

Check the disc? PAL has the least on it, U.S has U.S written on it and *** is in *** lol.

Edit: on wii you can hack Pal melée to be NTSC. Have a feeling this is related to that.
