Hello.

1. This is Matthew, Gamepad owner (for better or for worse), and I regret not getting to see each and every one of you at our last event. (Thanks for missing me, Tant.)

2. I will be there on the 19th, and I look forward to seeing all of you again.

3. Our last event was a bit of a test of a new location and setup, therefore we dropped our normal venue fee from $10 to $7.

4. Bagged lunches are definitely encouraged for those who are down to their last $3, but for the rest of you, I have some good news:

5. Famous Wok will be issuing a 10% discount to all registered players all day long.

6. Chick-fil-a has just released its new spicy chicken sandwich, and it will be available on the 19th... to all players... for FREE. (except you, lil B)

7. (non-spicy will be available upon request for those who cannot handle the proverbial "heat")

8. The Chick-fil-a cow may make an appearance to challenge you to a "no-talking" contest or Brawl, but probably just "no-talking."

9. Other surprises will be forthcoming, but I don't think I can top #8.


Oh, and BMX... Watch your language.

It's a space issue. GamePad is too small to comfortably hold all the people, plus we would lose the normal business revenue on our busiest day of the week (meaning a higher venue fee :embarrass).

We will have an aircard this time around.

Even though I won't be there

I can tell you air card won't get enough upload speed to stream at all. You'll need at minimum 802.11g/n network connected to a standard line or a hard wire connection. I recommend having at least 2MB/sec upload speed. I think those air cards get less than 1.

I don't know where to ask this...but is there a code for the file loader to load files from the USB port? My wii disc drive and sd card drive are dead. I have to load everything through USB and it took me forever but I finally managed to load codes and the Brawl ISO through USB loader GX, but still I believe the file loader code loads from the SD card, is there any variation of the code that will make it load through USB port instead?

Level 9s are decent practice if it's all you have. I would really recommend playing against some real people, though. The difference between a CPU and another human is huge.

so i might come just for teams....i know i havent entered singles in awhile but chu has been my ride and he doesnt want to stay for singles so i have no choice but to leave

but this tourny its my own choice not doing singles b/c i have alot of plans for that night so have fun in singles
