IT'S THAT TIME AGAIN!
So spring break is getting real durn boring without smash, and what better time to hold a tournament than the weekend of my break? And I know we're all hungry for some smashin' and can't really wait till Bill's on the 18th.
Foxy's Bromothly #1: Information Post, Results
Turnout: We had 22 entrants for Melee Singles, 6 teams for Melee Doubles, 9 entrants for Brawl+ Singles, and 5 teams for Brawl+ Doubles.

- Melee Singles - $5
- Melee Doubles - $10 per team ($5 per person)
- Brawl+ Singles - $5
- Brawl+ Doubles - $10 per team ($5 per person)
Melee Rules
* Items off.
* 4 stock, 7 minute time limit
* Ties are broken by remaining lives, then %. If both criteria are tied, then the Sudden Death match will be played out.
* Controller Mods and tactics used to stall a match (wall-bombing, rising pound) are banned.
* For doubles: Team Attack will be ON, life stealing allowed.
Set Format:
- 1. Opponents choose their characters for the first match (either player can call for a double-blind pick to be overseen by a judge)
- 2. Each player may announce one stage to be banned for the entirety of the set (neutrals and counterpick stages)
- 3. The first stage will be played at random from the Random Stage List
- 4. The loser of the previous match announces the next match's stage from either the Random Stage List or the Counter Stage List, but it cannot be a stage that they have previously won on in the set
- 5. The winner of the previous match chooses their character
- 6. The loser of the previous match chooses their character
- 7. Repeat steps 4-7 for all proceeding matches

* Safety rule: I will designate a few people (including myself) when they aren't playing to watch the Brawl+ matches and call me over regarding any questionable tactics, as there is certainly the possibility of undiscovered infinites.

Location
Address: 12429 Browder Street, Raleigh (across from Wakefield High).
Directions:
- Take either Falls of Neuse of New Falls of Neuse on to Wakefield Pines, which is the road that Wakefield High School is on.
- On Wakefield Pines, on the opposite side from the high school, turn onto either School House or Mabry Mill.
- Turn onto Narrawood from either road (a right from School House, or a left from Mabry Mill).
- Turn onto Browder Street off of Narrawood. It's a col de sac.
- Look for my house on the right-hand side when you enter Browder!
It's a col de sac, the house will have SIGNS in the front/side that show the way to the door into the basement where it's going down, just look for them.
Food
Less than a mile away is a McDonalds, at the intersection of Wakefield Pines and New Falls of Neuse.

11:00 - 1:30: Registration for Melee Doubles (and early registration for singles)
1:30 - 2:30: Melee Doubles
2:30 - 3:00: Registration for Melee Singles (or a small food break)
3:00 - 5:00: Melee Singles
5:00 - 6:00: Registration for Brawl+ Singles and Doubles (and a big food break)
6:00 - 7:00: Brawl+ Doubles
7:00 - 9:00: Brawl+ Singles
9:00 - 11:00: Depending on the remaining time, this may be Falcon Only tournies
11:00 - 12:00: What are you still doing here? Everybody needs to be out at 11.
