consistency one of the most important qualities a player can have tbh

i'd rather have someone who's consistent (who i can therefore rely on to do what he/she always does more or less 100% of the time) than someone who's possibly more skilled but whose performance fluctuates greatly

oh well

we should play sometime

ya playing with non-native english speakers is ****ing hilarious

i scrim regularly with onelitreoferika and leah, and communicating in vent is an experience in itself

reminds me of tinwong, who pretty much had the best accent ever

eh

can't tell much but

your last hitting is terrible, needs work

boots + 2 clarities as starting items is pretty much useless

as for landing arrows, no point in landing them if you have no followup and you lose more hp during the ensuing exchange
Well I've been experimenting with things and I liked having boots + Clarities. :/
What's a good starting build?
Normally I'd go 2 Circlets and trees or something.
And yes my last hitting needs alooooooot of improvement.
I'd love to get better with your help. =D

ever since magic wand got implemented people have gone multiple variants

i personally like tango/flask/2slipper/2branch or 2tango/flask/slipper/3branch (substitute clarities for branches as needed)

or you can opt for getting a magic wand instead of a slipper if you're going to be laned against heroes like zeus/bb etc

this is just for potm btw

but yeah boots are worthless earlygame unless you're a roamer like vs/veno or similar heroes w/ easily landable stuns/slows than can also net early kills with the use of the +50 ms

potm, not so much, since arrow much easier to land if chained with a lead stunner such as sandking/tiny/es etc; so you just get normal laning items/regen and get boots later when they're actually useful

this is assuming that u don't have to buy chicken

in the event that u do

its now most cost/space efficient to get 3 branches + choice of regen

dp is a pretty weak solo tbh, try to have wards up so you can keep the lane constantly pushed via nuking so you can at least establish rune control

tinker can outlasthit and nuke na out of the lane easy

just remember to keep hill control or else things might get slightly ugly

obv don't stay around at mid/low hp when he hits 6 etc

Ty for telling me about the update! =D
And when is it ideal to get a bottle?
I've always found it a bad idea to waste your money on it.
Especially if you don't establish Rune Control.

if you're a bottle reliant hero that can use the hp/mana regen and will be moving from lane to lane for ganks

pretty much any stunner is a prime candidate for this

if you're an afk farm hero like leoric magic stick/wand should be enough for your needs

but ya for heroes like sandking/potm/sf/zeus etc bottle is core 9/10 times

bottle is pretty much never a waste of gold unless its on a hero with long cd spells that shouldn't be spammed (spec/naix etc)

man

we lost to mL in the ****ing SNC; who knew they'd go on to beat pandemic and blight. too bad swiss had to ****ing log on 1 hour late wjowpjwopj

good thing is that this thing should prove to be really good for the NA dota community as a whole, since teams will get a chance to scrim blight/pandemic/ml/fyc etc on a regular basis. this in turn should provide a good starting point for many up and coming teams that haven't had a chance to develop a regular scrim schedule, and having an event such as this for teams to bounce ideas off of each other should prove to strengthen our scene as a whole (so we don't get scraped by asians at the next international LAN)

jajajaja time to go bootcamp for dota

practice man didn't you obs a game that i was in a couple of days back? i was sniper or so iirc

on another note reverse stomping pubs at 5 the morning as TAYLOR_SWIFT is rather amusing when you have 4 other people with similar names

So I decided to play LoL when I got home at like 1.
That game is just... I don't know how to explain it.
How do you like it so much TGL?
It's so... Bleh.

Then I played some HoN and I met the biggest douchebags.
Dota where you at? D:

hon is actually ok

its gonna take me a while to get used to it

dota is pissing me off cuz im not at scrim level

but i'm not at garbage level either. but I'm forced to play at garbage level THR1 because thats the only league available to me as of now. I play with the biggest nubs and we never win because they're uncarriable. I usually have the only positive score on my team lol
