what

ih = inhouse = casual game where everyone knows each other

scrim = organized 5v5 cm that is outside of a tourney/match setting

ih you can find anywhere on bnet or ggc

scrims slightly harder to find on bnet (and skill level is usually subpar), ggc has mid-high level, and irc for high level with the "professional teams" aka MYM blight.int whatever

league of legends community is made of rejects from the dota community

and seeing as how the dota community is terrible enough as it is, to be rejected from that game to go play some ****ty dota/gunbound knockoff says a lot, doesn't it?

game's so much ****ing worse in almost every single aspect compared to dota, not even funny; why do you think the bulk of the competitive community is sticking with dota instead of moving on to HoN//LoL? the creators/backers/developers and etc of said games would like you to believe otherwise, but sadly its not the case

and no not having played the game before doesn't stop me from bashing it (i can tell that its worthless based on its mechanics etc)

Honestly I don't like LoL's community, the few games I've played have been just gay. I rarely get any mia calls or any communication whatsoever.

I don't mind change which is why I started playing HoN but LoL is just so... Casual and there is no depth imo. plus the game looks soooo ****ing cute. The creeps look like you want to play with them or something.

And yes Dota's community is probably the worst of every game but it's still amazing.
I love how the developers of LoL say we're not gonna make our game so that you don't have to buy it, yet you there are prepaid cards and all that **** so you can buy heroes and all other kinds of **** to have an advantage.

I've played with my friends a few times but it was whatever.

Like when I first played a game of Dota I was like, "****, I want to get better."

When I played LoL with my Dota experience I was like, "Alright..."

if ur planning on being DECENT at dota plan on playing it for a few hours a day for a year

if u plan on being professional plan on playing many hours a day for 2-3 years

i played freaking 4-5 hours a day of SC for a month. i lost 100 games and won once

the game is 10000000000000x more complicated than dota

i couldn't handle it

just to get the basic shet down takes hundreds of hours of practice

like at what food limit to start making a certain unit, scouting in certain spots in a certain amount of seconds

that game is honestly the best game ever if u have the time
