(I'm not joking/kidding there with this submission; we rarely also have a equal amount of villain reps, guessing so)

General is the main antagonist and true final boss of
Kaiser Knuckle, which was developed by Taito Corporation (of Space Invaders fame) in July 1993 for the arcades, released outside Japan under the title "Global Champion", alongside a unreleased update, Dan-Ku-Ga, which's ROM was recently re-discovered and included in Taito's
Egret II Mini console alongside the original version. The cancelled sequel was planned with a full transition to 3-D, which was re-done as
Psychic Force and released the following year (1995).
General is the mysterious, fearsome military commander of a space satellite station in orbit and sponsor of the game's eponymous/titular "Kaiser Knuckle" tournament, which's prize money attracted multiple fighters across the world for their own reasons like impressing women, funding a medical operation/science research, paying a debt to a criminal group, etc.
Don't let his M. Bison/
Golan Colonel/
Mad Sarge-like design fool you, because he is one of, if not all, the MOST DIFFICULT and notorious bosses throughout the whole history of a fighting genre. I mean, his attacks were so ridiculously cheap it took players two decades to beat him up, even tournament champions like
Justin Wong and
Pachi (Guilty Gear expert) had a problem defeating him at first
until 2014 after the game first came out. He is the very reason Kaiser Knuckle is fondly remembered today, and truly meant every single word of his infamous catchphrase: "I am a perfect soldier!", when it comes to giving lots of bosses like Shin Akuma, Igniz (besides most of SNK's characters) and Shao Kahn a huge run of quarters.
Anyway,
the General's moveset (obviously nerfed to contain his normally overwhelming strength) involves him using a variety of
military martial arts/hand-to-hand combat styles, a quick-falling dive kick from the air and stomping on the opponent with his foot in a grinding motion, besides his infamous special moves (that are demonstrated above with a playable cheat in emulators) such as quickly teleporting in a inputted direction, able to follow up by performing a choke-slam if he hits an opponent, a multi-hitting sliding kick on the ground and able to summon Green Ghost (a ghastly, energy fireball modeled after himself that flies forward), alongside Ghost Spread (three-way spreading projectiles; likely his Ultimate Attack with a larger size, unless it's something else inside his space station).
