You guys do realize that the Mewtwo in The Origin is not the "Kanto Mewtwo" from Movie 1/Mewtwo Returns right?

It's a different canon; that Mewtwo (and the new Mewtwo from Movie 16) do not exist.
What we see here is savage beast Mewtwo from the games.

What he's saying is that Femtwo and Mewtwo Returns both exist in the anime canon.

The Mewtwo shown in "The Origin" is completely separate from either of them.

I'm saying that neither of the two anime Mewtwo are the Mewtwo in Origins. Origins is a separate canon.

You can still use the Wii Remote in conjunction with the Wii U Pad. In fact the controller pictured above has to be connected to one.

No. All current interfaces (even the GC Adapter someone made) are wireless, so GCN controllers won't work on the Wii U.

Your right its said so on anime mewtwo wiki it said M16 mewtwo and M01 mewtwo are not the same

Dos any one think that the SSB wii u/3ds mewtwo if confirmed is not going to be the one from none of the mewtwo movies the only reason i think that is because the mewtwo in movie 1 did not know disable

By "buffed" Sakurai probably means back to her SSBM strength, is my guess. Why fix what wasn't broken in the first place -_-

Sometimes things like that make me glad Mewtwo didn't make it into SSBB. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise. I have no doubt Game Freak has been listening to the fan and even media backlash for Mewtwo's absence, and have been using his popularity as a means of promotion (double Mega Evos, newest movie, final boss in several spin-off Pokemon games, etc.). This time around, let's see if they remember he likes to use Special Attacks versus physical stuff. Unless he's Mega Mewtwo X. Then it's cool

The idea was to blend the two. Mewtwo needs to keep his projectile motion for it to remain unique but there was also a fair bit off support for him getting aura sphere instead. I thought maybe have one charge into the other with a minor hint of physics in the mix.

b-but in the movies it explodes on these things when it misses Mew

True, but, going by the fact Shadow Ball's a ghost type move (which Mewtwo used in the first movie before it became an actual move introduced in gen 2, like how the clone Blastoise used Rapid Spin to knock out its original counterpart before that became an identified move), it shouldn't have to stop when coming in contact with a physical object... It's a Shadow Ball after all.

I thought that maybe Mewtwo could change into both of it's Mega evolution's for its final smash. It starts by using a combo in x form, and ends it by usin Psystrike in Y form.

And on a related note. Tvtropes, you do know that the Pokemon movies are aimed at children right? It's kinda sad how the judge movie 16 negatively like that. I saw it and found it to be a great family film. I'm ending my tangent now.

October 2nd is when its going to be aired on tv.

It's not disney, or dreamworks quality but it's a good anime film for children.

By the way, tvtropes, I doubt many smash bros fans will care if mewtwo has a female voice.

I would go as far as never playing him (her? ) if it was a female voice. That's coming from a would-be mewtwo main

In fact, for some reason I assumed Mewtwo would be female when I first heard about in Melee. (I hadn't seen any of the anime episodes/movies with Mewtwo in it prior to that)

I hear ya, but that's one of the cool things about Mewtwo, in that it can kinda work perfectly as either gender, if the first movie and movie 16 are any indication.
