I wouldn't worry about that. I don't think Nintendo would make a character like Mewtwo so limited, especially when they can make more money off of it. It doesn't make sense from a business perspective, especially without telling us you have to buy both games first. Besides, I'm sure tournament organizers would find a way to get him if he were exclusive.The only thing I fear is that Mewtwo will be banned or even completely unlayable at local torneys. People may cry out "unfair" because not everyone gets a chance to practice as Mewtwo before the matches. And if the tournament holder didn't take advantage of the Club Nintendo offer then Mewtwo won't be a choice at all thus really "screw-attack-ing" (random Metroid pun) over those who really mained him. This is why I hope NoA follows Nintendo of Europe and releases Mewtwo later as (probaly paid) DLC. That way Mewtwo gets to be a valid contender for such tournaments no matter what (or at least so long as the torney holder chipped in extra cash to unlock the commodity of smashing as a true legend.)
