Yeah, it's one of the trophies you can get randomly. So, I haven't gotten it in the game myself but I have seen somewhere that Mewtwo had a trophy in the 3DS version. Is this true?

Oddly I like the original better then Jason Derulo.Mmm, whatcha saa-aay
Mmm, that you only meant well, well of course you did
BUT WHEN THE ROOF CAVED IN AND THE TRUTH CAME OUT YOU JUST DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO
AWESOME!!!! I wasn't completely sure!!! so, this does mean return of Lucas, Ice Climber, etc.!!!Yeah, it's one of the trophies you can get randomly.
I doubt it. I don't think trophies don't mean anything unless they have exceptionally strong evidence in their description. Mewtwo's trophy didn't confirm nor deconfirm him, so I wouldn't say trophies automatically confirm or deconfirm a character unless strong evidence is there.AWESOME!!!! Hah, most people do. They're both sweet jams in their own rights! I just thought adding in that line from Derulo's version kept the joke going even further. *sings in autotune*
Yeah, that's true. It does give them at least some hope, however. I'd love to see Wolf!I doubt it. Of course! I didn't mean to insinuate that they wouldn't return, just that the trophies probably hardly meant anything. Seeing the Ice Climbers, even if they're Wii U exclusive, would be awesome, as would Wolf and Lucas.Yeah, that's true. It does give them at least some hope, however. I'd love to see Wolf!
Good idea! I did a no-death run of Classic on Very Hard with Mewtwo. The constant rain of items didn't make things easier...By the way i feel like doing this someday
Unlock as may stuff as possible with mewtwo in melee for a celebration of his return (also to practice with him just in case his moveset is identical to melee extremely buffed ofcoarse in ssb4)
Well, i guess i worded that wrong. Meant to say there was still a chance for them, because when I first saw Ice Climbers, Lucas, and Wolf's trophies I thought it officially deconfirmed their return.I doubt it. Ah! I see. Well, then in that case, its good news for you! Having a trophy hardly deconfirms a character! Sorry for the misunderstanding.Well, i guess i worded that wrong. Now its Shul- Mewtwo time! xDBy the way, I'm loving everyone's new Mewtwo profile pics so far!
Maybe he'll use that bubble to help him breathe but it'd eventually fade since he can't sustain it.So Swimming is a returning mechanic in the WiiU on a few stages.
What are we imagining Mewtwo's swimming & drowning animations be?
xD I love this.Mewtwo floats above the water while glaring at the other characters menacingly. The water he floats above is actually because the water is afraid and doesn't want to touch him.
If it's anything other thanxD I love this.
I'm also eager to see how Greninja swims. ^.^
...yeahhh....I'm gonna have to agree with you there. xDIf it's anything other than
I will be very disappointed
He's a water type frog, he shouldn't be able to drown (or at least not drown as fast as others)If it's anything other than

Squirtle was a water type as well but still drowned like the other characters. It'd be OP if water types could camp in water indefinitely but I suppose an extra 2-3 seconds would be alright. He's a water type frog, he shouldn't be able to drown (or at least not drown as fast as others)
WHAT THE FRICK IS A SQUIRRELSquirrel was a water type
Dont recall there being a squirrle in Brawl but I assume they aren't good swimmers.Squirrel was a water type as well but still drowned like the other characters. It'd be OP if water types could camp in water indefinitely but I suppose an extra 2-3 seconds would be alright.
No, Squirrle was a different character. Squirrel is the one we're discussing here.Dont recall there being a squirrle in Brawl but I assume they aren't good swimmers.
Mine is the bestBy the way, I'm loving everyone's new Mewtwo profile pics so far!
...Lucario and Mewtwo aren't clones of each other. So, do y'all think Mewtwo will be a clone of Lucario or will he be completely changed. Maybe even change how he played from in Melee. Just wanted to know what others thought. I'm expecting him to be kind of
Mine is the best
He's talking about this guy.WHAT THE FRICK IS A SQUIRREL
Close enough.
/relevant...?
Because they are both coincidentally bipedal humanoid Pokemon that had a starring role in a movie, talked through telepathy, are quite popular and have similar proportions.Yeah, I never understood why Lucario's haters said he was Mewtwo's "replacement" or a clone.
Yeah I have over 500 trophies and still no Mewtwo wtf?So, I haven't gotten it in the game myself but I have seen somewhere that Mewtwo had a trophy in the 3DS version. Is this true?
I'll get on that soon...Needs more brooding and destruction.
I disliked Lucario in Brawl because he took Mewtwo's spot as the "special rep" but I really REALLY got into him in the 3DS version. I started off with the color (since I love blue - my hair is vivid/default Lucario blue) and the fact that I needed a main while I waited for Mewtwo to be confirmed/deconfirmed, he's actually a pretty epic character and plays NOTHING like Mewtwo in Melee. But now that Mewtwo is actually confirmed I'm a bit torn.. my hair might just have to go blue-violet.Yeah, I never understood why Lucario's haters said he was Mewtwo's "replacement" or a clone.
Similar neutral B =/= clone. Know who else has a Mewtwo-esque neutral B? Samus. Mewtwo was supposed to be in Brawl alongside Lucario, but was cut part of the way into development (Many believe he was cut due to most of the dev time going into the SSE).
I don't care for Lucario myself, but hating his inclusion for that reason doesn't make sense.
While people who say this about those two tend to be oblivious to Charizard and Bowser.Yeah, I never understood why Lucario's haters said he was Mewtwo's "replacement" or a clone.

This guy gets it.. haha.well, of course, Mewtwo is exerting it. (if you know what i mean)
I honestly think a lot of it is either the Ridley community, still salty and in denial, and the anti-everything-related-to-Pokemon crowd who are still campaigning for Excitebike or some other such twaddle, simply for the sake of being retro (and yet simultaneously complaining that DHD isn't retro enough.)I've never understood Mewtwo haters, unless they were against his inclusion in Melee, or just didn't like him as a Pokemon. I don't know very many people like that, yet Mewtwo haters still seem to abound. He's an original character (Not a clone) with an interesting moveset, along with several other quirks. It's strange, isn't it? Not to mention, the Mewtwo haters I've seen are fairly vocal and always seem rude to some degree, whether it be high or low. The least they could do is state their opinion nicely. Oh well, just gotta let it roll of your back and keep moving.
http://smashboards.com/threads/mewtwo-custom-moveset-speculation.375093/Can anybody give me a link to the page where you discuss the custom moves?
Clone as in game-play-wise? I sure as hell hope not. I think I've told Mewtwo fans time & time & time again of my thoughts if they really did that. You can't really import Melee Mewtwo onto SSB4, so Mewtwo will be made from scratch. There's no way Mewtwo could have a similar Up-B to Lucario, nor do I think Mewtwo will have a Down-B exactly like Lucario's either, but perhaps he'll have a Parry Down-B.So, do y'all think Mewtwo will be a clone of Lucario or will he be completely changed. Maybe even change how he played from in Melee. Just wanted to know what others thought. I'm expecting him to be kind of
True, but If they were, it would be Mewtwo being the latter clone if he were to return with an identical move-set to Lucario....Lucario and Mewtwo aren't clones of each other.
And even if they were...Lucario would be the clone of Mewtwo. >.>
