Not particularly, I told him to stop coasting, parroting, skimming.

Big deal, I've been way meaner but if he's going to continually sign up for mafia games with the intention of not playing them of course town is going to continually get on his case.

I know you want to white knight it up and say "it's Air, he always does scummy things"

But I also want to win this game, I take no offense towards Air as a person or out of the game but if he's joining a game thats supposed to be super active with the intent to coast, parrot, and skim, then yes I would want him lynched regardless.

I think you're nitpicking to be completely honest, I've toned down the hurt feelings style of game play for a while now gramps .

On a more serious note, your ****** random attacking will get end the game for town, period. I know, I know, it's your way to be "edgy" and "funny" in a mafia game, but unless you are 100% certain someone is mafia, we cannot afford to just chase around you "logic." The quotes are to show how little your strategy is even useful.

Point being, if we hit Town today due to just random shooting, we will give the game to mafia. What sucks most is I am more confident now, than before, that Kevin is town, but just following his standard protocol.

It's not a style trying to be edgy and funny, it's a style that has proven to be effective again and again, the only reason you'd have to undermine it is if you are worried about something starting from the small pushes towards you thus far.

You're surrendering of the game off the first mislynch is rather disconcerting.

Sure, there is a chance that the game won't go in favor of mafia should they get lynched on Day 2, but banking on that as a safety net to allow a pointless lynch now is just foolish.

To comment on your style: it almost never helps town Day 1 or Day 2; it just keeps your ambiguous enough to where lynching you would probably be a bad idea. It's extremely frustrating to follow someone's logic who just posts a vote and demands a bandwagon to get rolling. Case in point: How is Hilt still suspicious to you when he has yet to post other than confirming his PM. Air should be taken into consideration, but I think it's short-sided to at least not give Hilt some level of being a blank slate and not have to fight an uphill battle of proving his innocence right off the bat.

About here where you still ghetto'd him as suspicious despite unvoting. This post after your unvote supersedes it because if I am coming in as Hilt, I know if I say one wrong thing, I am ****ed.

Now, I am not saying that Hilt looks automatically innocent to me, but I am willing to wait to pass any judgment.

Since I switched to Air in post 127 (which I hardly consider the entire time lol), I say I'm still fine with a Tom lynch. Currently my suspicions are on two people atm - Tom and Air. The reasoning that kind of pushed Air from the idk to the more scummy category for me was:

"Ok, Air was just online again viewing this thread for a bit and did not respond. There's plenty to comment on in this game. Especially compared to Shaq Mafia where Air had 34 posts in the one day he was alive (minus like 3 or 4 posts that were made outside of day 1) compared to a whopping 5 from this game."

To me it just really felt like Air was out of things to say and didn't know what to say to keep him safe per se without seeming suspicious. Follow that all up with a:

"Air's parroting even more than normal and is really only doing the absolute bair (c wut i did ther) minimum trying to keep out of the conversation because of well... seems like hes out of ideas."

Which is why I'm going for Air atm.

Taking the general consensus of the town, people seem to be a lot more on edge with Air than Tom. So yes, technically I did switch to the easier lynch. Because guess what, if I'm not feeling too well about two people, and theres a unlikely shot that one of them (Tom) would be lynched today, then I'm going to gun for the other one (Air) to at least get some progress and get the town moving. I'm not just hoping over to the easier lynch here, I've provided my reasons for voting Air, and not to mention I was the first vote on Air.

been examining chaco, kevin, and air like i said i would

getting gg vibes from tom and chaco after their back-and-forth. started getting gg from Tom after he cooled down. metaomni says tom would keep his cool if he was scum (obv wifom)

neutral on CK. attempting to ignore his vanilla claim buff maneuver but i still found it distasteful. however, his analysis on the rest of the cast was very similar to mine

was all for Air being lynched. hope that Hilt brings a new and better perspective. 100% agree about Kevin's quarrel with Air.

and with chibo i have mixed feelings. less stable than the ones i have on CK since it's fluctuated to more extremes.

i'll most likely solidify my vote for the day once Hilt posts enough for me to get a decent read on him.

when we agree on a lynch, if said player claims investigation unit and does not receive any CC's it's safe to say they are clear. however, if that said player claims the specific investigation unit that matches scum's specific faction we will obviously see a CC from scum or the actual investigator depending on who is forced to claim first. then day 1 becomes 50/50 chance of hitting scum and also finding a cleared un cc'ed investigator.

if we hit scum in this scenario, the correlating investigator will obv die overnight. then we move into Day 2 with no investigations having a 1/3's of hitting scum and having a clear

if we hit the real investigator in this scenario, we're forced to a Day 3 scenario with no clear pivot. this is because the obv lynch will be the surviving scum who CC'ed and at night scum will kill off the cleared investigator and a vanilla in any order they please. this MUST not happen

with that said, i think the best ending scenario we can achieve (other than double ko'ing scum) is one where we have a cleared pivot on the last day. in order for this to happen, the remaining investigator should never claim until lylo in order to guarantee a secured pivot.

forgot to mention we may not see a CC from scum if whom we target is the real investigator. thinking about it, it's probably not in their best interest to force themselves into a 50/50 if they can continue to blend in.

with that said, if the real investigator is forced to claim, would it be in our interest to move on to a mass claim? this forces 50% chance to hit scum as opposed to a 40% chance (2/5) if claims are left alone.

chibo 190 made a lot of sense to me - nudges me to think that he is town, air "not having anything to say that wont just incriminate him so hes silent" might be fitting (isnt that what he did in grammys, minus he had a posting restriction, but its not what he did in his town games?), and that chaco finds chibo suspicious right after a post that i like from chibo makes me more wary of chaco.

@ck: yea i just wanted to make sure you forgot that "if" and see if what you said still made sense in context, and it did.
