Finally you have seen the light. I've been saying this stuff for ages.

I called it when it came to Snake catching up to MK. I called it when I said Snake would start beating Falco and start doing better against Dedede. I called it when I said Falco would fall and Diddy Kong would rise.

My opinion of Snake was the same before Ally emerged as a top player. Snake is easily the 2nd best. People need to stop underrating their mains all the time because they don't want a stigma attached to who they play or they suck. Atomsk used to underrate Dedede way too much. I'm not going to underrate my mains at all. I main the three best characters in the game and I'm not afraid to admit how good they are. Eff the stigma; I want the win. The new SBR tier list will be waaaay better because a lot of real Brawl pros are finally back there. Snake will be #2.

I agree that Pikachu, Falco, and G&W are overrated, because I play Marth lmao.

I still think D3 is overrated, but that could just be because I know the match-up so well. I need to think about it more.

I mean... I **** Dedede pretty badly too. Atomsk and I played for ~12 hours straight on Sunday night and we played mostly serious matches (meanlies). He did the worst with Dedede out of his three mains, and the best with Ice Climbers (his third best). Wario was somewhere in between.

I still think Dedede is stupidly good. I think he's better than Falco. "Falco" sucks because he can't kill things and simple strategies beat his CG. Even with Ike, I owned Atomsk's Falco. >_>; Even though I **** Falco, I still think he is possibly top 5, lol...

I gotta go pester Seibrik into making a tl;dr summary on DDD vs Snake soon lol, he thinks the matchup might sway to Snake's favor in the future when the Snakes finally start playing the DDDs properly, and he's probably the best DDD at fighting Snake. He knows so much **** about that matchup from both sides.

He only cripples bad characters. I watched Trev vs Kelvin, his Dedede is still 99% do same stuff Dedede's been doing for many months and 1% do other stuff that's only slightly better because the character is extremely limited. Good strategy, but that doesn't make Dedede not very limited.

Snake either beats or at least goes even with DDD, imo. I tend to agree that snake beats DDD, because "don't get grabbed" is easy to do with 2 grenades. DDD is just a giant target vs snake imo.

At low percents, DDD can full jump dair, Foot stool, Fast fall bair, into CG. XD

That would probably be because...it isn't. Nobody is more disappointed by that then me. I wanted a good smash game with a new and better engine than Melee but instead I got a slow, floaty game with little hitstun, blockstun, and random tripping.

You know what makes a good game, Spam? The ability for people to enjoy it regularly, Brawl has that because if it didn't you would not see so many events for it. I agree it wasn't what we expected since Melee was the definition of amazing but it's what you make of it and you have made it a piece of **** in your eyes, oh well. A lot of us have realized it wasn't meant to be Melee 2.0, it is a different game so it needs a different approach. If anything you're wasting your talents just refusing to play it, the money you make off it could benefit you down the road, think of it as a long term investment.

I'm not disappointed by Brawl, because I had no expectations of it's quality. I have no expectations for any game's quality. I don't anticipate any games at all anymore, but it kind of works out, since a mediocre or bad game won't disappoint me that much, and a good game will end up being a pleasant suprise.
