Seriously though I hear it's huge.

It might not be so dramatic to start a fund for kevin, because he will have plenty of time to stack up his wins, but I think we can all alleviate a little bit of his burden by buying him some meals. Again, this isn't so much about the money as to making this right.

Kevin is a role model as a player and a person, and while Pound 5 has become a tragedy, I want us as a community to do little things to make this at least feel right.

I am starting a thread where I want players to step and say "I will buy dr.peepee a fast food meal at our next tournament" like mcdonalds or bk, in the $5-$7price range. Or "I will buy Dr.peepee a dining meal at our next tournament."
Chipotle or something in the $10.
I'm not saying peepee needs the money, but I think it would be a strong statement from the community.

And Kevin, if you don't like it, I'll buy you the food and just leave it there until you eat it. Or throw it at you.

these threads do not bash plank, they are to help out the players that plank screwed over with his lack of foresight.

Any scorn and animosity that plank receives is deserved, in my opinion. Why should we stop threads that help who he has hurt because they might be offensive to him?
Offensive is what he has done to this community.

We should help the victims and try to repair what Plank has done to the smash community by showing we are not like him.

Smash community is full of good people but I don't mind being passed up for people like Armada who fly across the world to play or even M2K who wins more and gets cheated a lot or Hbox who already gets out of luck enough.

If you guys still decide to donate to me though, I will not fight against it.
