Double MetaKnight Team

I don't claim to be an expert against MetaKnight or even a decent Samus player. However I do know that a lot of people have problems against MetaKnight.

Well it happens that me and my teammate LeoFTW won first place at the most recent PnT tourney in my city. There were a lot of amazing teams and they all lost to double MetaKnight, except us.

There might be some useful information in these Vids for those of you who are interested. We ended up getting first place.

I don't necessarily hate MetaKnight and have respect for those players in the matches maining MetaKnight, it's just really annoying when scrubs win with MetaKnight in my opinion. One of those "crap i lost with my main, time to go MetaKnight and win" kinda situations is what makes me mad/sad.

i usually have to play off the ledge so much against meta cuz that dumb tornado lol ; ;
and bomb spams... which is really odd for me in a matchup lol

I think mk is easy in teams, you can punish them more and the can't use nado without hitting there teammate nice matches

i was in a online tourny yesturday and i beat this wolf first round 2 stocked him, he switched to meta thinking it would make him win or something but i 3 stocked him, i dont see anything wrong with meta it just takes training to get aroud like everything else in brawl *cough* spamus *cough* and with vids like this pretty much showing us what to do against them why do we complain about them. Good stuff tudor ff on ftw xD.

I've done the same more than once, but I can't say that this Meta Knight was very skilled. I'm sure he is trying to become better, though. (Not the two in the video, but the person I brawled with. In only two matches have I not three-stocked him. This was Wi-Fi, of course, and I hate Wi-Fi.)

Yeah MK players tend to get in each other's way in teams, singles is usually a whole other matter.

Well that can be true but i think these too are an exception, they've been teaming together for months now going double MK and placing top 3 everytime. This was in no way an easy team to beat... like I said they beat all of vegas's best teams and trust me there were some really good ones!

quick question. at the end of match 3. how did tudor turn arund from the edge, and shoot teh charge beam?

Tap away from the edge + B.
Tapping away from ledge will initiate ledgedrop and at the same time buffer the turn around for the b-reversal, which is just what he did. Ledgedropped b-reversal charge shot.

Yup noob is right! Well i happen to have hit down to let go of the edge, then jumped and instantly hit right then b to do the b reversal. I did the whole "hit down, jump, b-reversal" technique so that i would be at the perfect place to regrab the edge after the plasma and edge hog, like i did ^^
