dmbrandon's list of super penalties:
If there are any other hacks that should be brought to my attention, please let me know. Thanks! :D
- Lucario colors: Red and Green. Only to those primary colors.
- IvySaur colors: Blue and Red. Only to those primary colors.
- Charizard colors: Blue and Green. Only to those primary colors.
- Squirtle colors: Green and Red. Only to those primary colors.
- Sonic colors: Green and Red. Only to those primary colors.
- Castle Siege stage transition's ground and background colors separated.
- Infinite replays.
- Unrestricted Pause Camera.
- Music hacks.
- Nametags during replays hack.
- No tripping. This is to be applied only if one of the follwing circumstances are met:
- Both players agree to playing a set without tripping.
- The entire tournament will run without tripping.
- Stage texture hacks so long as the stage layout itself, and the design remains completely intact, and clear. The background must keep itself, in color, separate from the stage.
- Character Texture hacks for the non-teams colors, so long as they don't keep a main color scheme of another selectable color, with minor exceptions. For instance:
- Gold Link may be changed to anything that's not Green, Blue, Red, Black, or White.
- Blue, Red, and Green link may not be changed to anything, unless it keeps the same color scheme. Such as: Blue Link may be changed ONLY if the character is kept blue. Altercations to sword color, afterimages, bombs, arrows, boomerangs, U.B color, boots, and other things of that nature. The armor's design can change, just not the color of it.
- Clause 13 in it's entirety is overridden by clauses 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 only if the colors made to said characters in the clauses listed are changed to help players differentiate the colors of their characters in teams play.
- Any hack may be used so long as the following criteria are met:
- Both players agree to the hack being on and have checked with a judge. A judge has the final decision to allow it. Unlike normal Smash Bros rules, no matter where you are in a set, a judge may rule to start the set over if he so decides. This is not up for debate.
- The hack applied does not ultimately change the competitive Nature or properties of the game. This sub-clause is overruled by clause 9.
- Any person who is entitled to a reduced house/entry fee for the bring and use of a console will only receive said discount after their Wii has been approved by either a Tournament Organizer, or a player of their choosing. All TOs have the right to ask for the house fee before testing the Wii. Refunds can be given once the Wii has passed inspection.
- Unless it's strictly written in the rules page for the tournament, any player may request the removal of all hacks from whatever Wii his scheduled match is to be played. The only time this rule may be overridden other than the previously stated is:
- During teams matches including the following characters: Sonic, Pokemon Trainer, Lucario.
- Before a tournament begins a TO can still emplore the tournament to apply "No Tripping" to ALL tournament matches. Players may opt to strike this rule, but only so long as they both agree. The opposite is also acceptable.
dmbrandon's list of super penalties:
- Any player found using a hack not on the list to any benefit will be subject to complete ejection from the venue with no refund.
- If you're ejected after teams has started your team as a whole will forfeit any remaining matches.
- If you're ejected before teams has started, your partner may ask for a refund, or fill your spot with any player not currently in the event at no cost.
- Any player found forcing an opponent or player to use texture hacks, or "No Tripping" in a tournament match will forfeit their remaining matches. You may still stay in the venue. If you're either eliminated from th event, or did not enter, a judge may:
- Ask a player to pay a stacking house fee to stay in the venue.
- Pay the entry fee of the event so the TO may refund the fee to the player affected. This is to offset the player's experience at the tournament.
