Lol are you really that pissed off over my textures at GT? -.- I tried coordinating them as best I could and I took suggestions and fixed whatever people told me like roy being blue Ike and taking off crap that doesn't look natural. And texture hacks aren't for nerds, as for the ones that make them... that's a different story. 
As I, do not make them, so idc. Plus Idk why you get so pissed over them. >.> They're for fun and ****. They're as simple as dragging something into the Recycling Bin.

Lol wow you're mad serious right now, first time I ever heard texture johns. First off you need to chill, textures aren't going to cause you to lose a match, sir. Some people said that they are a little distracting, granted. But they said it does take a little bit of getting used to so it's not that big. Besides do you really think that you're going to believed that textures caused you to lose an entire set when you were *****ing the whole time about other crap and being a **** to people when you lost? Even your own team mate you were yelling at during the doubles and you were crying like a hoe when you lost to him. -_- Snakeee is a nice guy and didn't deserve that. But on some real ****, you're just being butthurt about a loss.
And you need to drop this nerd ****, first off I just download textures, I don't make them. And for the people who do, making them is the same thing as making a sig or making a pic so you really just need to shut the **** up. And there's nothing wrong with going to tourneys and smashfests, doesn't make you a nerd. What makes you a "nerd" is in your persona.
Another point, fashion designing? o_O That's really gay sir.... Just stop there.
I understand people get mad at losing but no reason to go off like this. And if it was so bad you shouldn't have finished the set on my Wii, or you could have just taken out the SD card if the textures distracted you so bad. And if you're making this thread just because of the loss on my Wii, shut the **** up.

I didn't finish the set on that wii, I moved. Onto another wii with that ****. After 10 seconds, you can't say ****. You're a ****ing fashion designer. You pick out cute little outfits for your characters to wear. It's gay.
And fashion designers don't have to make the clothes, they can just buy/pick them out. Which is exactly what you do.
And don't tell me to shut the **** up. All I'm hearing is how offended you are about how I don't like your ensembles. I yelled at Snakeee at the end when he froze. Everytime I have to yell, he winds up ****** right after. Which he did, in singles. What place did you take in singles, btw? Was it fun?
I took the SD out on game 3, after having to switch wiis, too. I don't understand why people sit and change outfit colors. Oh, wait, yes I do. You do it to show and impress other people. You want the "oooh"s and "ahhhh"s that come along with something new and awesome.
Well it's not new. It's not awesome. It's gay. Gay, and unfair to people who aren't used to it, so I will push to have the rules in place. Who knows what other hacks are on. You could be cheating, how would we know. No one outside of top players should ever be allowed to have their wii's hacked, anyway. No one even knows you/.

imo textures is one of the worst things to have happened to brawl
sure its help in some ways like fixing some team colors or adding legit costumes that work. i dont want ppl trying to turn characters into what they arent. i dont want to play a stupid looking renamon from digimon, i wanna play lucario.
if however they (the creators) were so uncreative as to make good sonic costumes, and people added costumes like darkspine, super, and possible shadow (afterall daisy is on peach officially), as legit sonic textures, then kudos.
but no, nothing will look like roy. no matter how much u try, mario is not dr mario. there are so many crappy half ***** textures that either make characters near impossible to see on dark backgrounds, make characters an eye sore, make them distracting, and overall give the game a really bad polish of quality that looks thrown together randomly. not to mention CSPs. People either dont have CSPs so u dont kno what freicken textures ur playing till the match starts, or they download CSPs from one person and texutres from another that dont match. So many wiis are like this where their char select screen doesnt match their textures.

Uhhh dm, just cuz you/ NJ people dont know MB, doesn't meant that we dont lol. And I agree, Texture hacks can be a bittt distracting, but eventually you do get used to them. If you thought it would have been an issue, you should have switched before playing the first game. And going off at Snakeee wasn't really necessary... just my two cents.

besides single matches i honestly disapprove the use of textures for teams, regardless of how color matched they are. i find it to be some what confusing at time, while in singles its just you and you're opponent.
besides that i find certain textures to be very confusing, such as peach / zelda without their dress, replaced by shorts, etc. which confuses me about their hitbox and so on
anyways in the end couldnt you just take out the sd card to solve the problem?

That's what I said. -_- I have no problem taking it out on teams. But he did a singles match off my Wii and he's still *****ing.

Well nugguhs are lazy to take out SD card lol. I think I'm on dmb's side, I don't like textures that much, it looks cool and all, but when it ****s up where you thought the hitbox was, then holy **** man. Texture hacks just seem to go to the excessive where like they put up some emo **** on stages. Also some of that brightass texture hacks ruin my eyes. It could be cuz I'm some ****ing blind asian, but **** like when peach don't have her skirt, i'm not used to it and i'm used to seeing where her hitboxes are

anything that just like bright flashy even if it's slightly distracting can still be gamebreaking (imo) and yeah the skirts thing just ticks me off. Otherwise iunno nothing else.

I have no idea though. rofl But if you seen my textures (Third TV from the window, big TV on the floor), I had a pretty viable set of textures. I only had 1 or 2 with peaches dress being transparent. All of my textures are pretty clear, not really able to SD on 3 times like someone's claiming. -_-
LOL I just remembered that Eggman level. xD That was so gay, you see a fat yiffer in a background that looked like a seizure causing wall. xDD Yeah stuff like that I can see isn't tourney viable.

From now on, if a Wii has texture hacks, I'll make sure that it's completely reset and the sd is removed. If the wii's owner isn't around, I'm just gonna put the SD card out in the open and maybe it'll get stolen.

Perhaps you might be a bit more against it, MarioBlaze (What kinda name is that anyway?) if you had even THE SLIIIIGHTEST chance of making money. You don't, however; you should probably quit.

First off, the texture hacks for both chars and stages CAN ruin a match, but it all depends on what they look like. I think it should have to be agreed upon by both teams or players and if it's noticeably a nuisance at the start of a match then that should allow a restart without them. I agree with most of what Brandon said but the penalties are wayy too extreme lol
For the personal thing about our teams matches....you did go off a bit on me there Brandon, but stuff like that doesn't really bother me (easy next time though plz). The hacks did mess us up a bit, and potentially may have costed us a match or two, but I'm not saying we definitely would have won.
I'd really like no random tripping to be standard, but it'll be hard to enforce it on every single Wii at a tourney.
Oh and I love the texture hacks for fun; and I love dressing my chars up in different outfits.....no homo.
