Given how these tweets call on gamers, I think we can safely rule out Goku at this point.

Still, feels like Sakurai is publicly saying "GAMERS UNITE" here. Why is he revving up the hype train for this last trailer, besides that it's the last trailer? Hasn't history taught us that the last pick will be the most random and unexpected one? You wouldn't bring in so many people just to be disappointed by someone like Cinderace...right?

I think it's the only Xbox exclusive that doesn't sell outright abysmally given the limitations of its platform, yeah.

But it's not like it's super mainstream either.

I didn't mind him as an addition. He does nothing for me personally, but Tekken is a huge franchise, so it getting into smash was understandable.

His trailer was incredibly underwhelming though, especially since it was after Sephiroth too, so that definitely didn't help.

He's scary to go up against. Not beginner friendly, but not every character needs to be.

Fun to see people like Riddles use him.

Really good to see that he came with a cool stage and a wide selection of songs across the franchise too.

Overall, a good addition, but he's just that for me: good. Not hype, nor underwhelming. Just ok.
