If anybody cares, me and the rest of the Mayling group (Delvro, Cello, SRB, Tandora... etc.) started playing mafia on AiB with the Kentucky group. Then we started playing AIM mafia, which I won every game and was never allowed to mod I dunno why. Then we played some with the AiB mafia group. But then we didn't like them. And then McFox got us to join Newbie Mafia 3 on smashboards (worst game to have ever existed).

I didn't come to DGames

DGames came to me. Never did play mafia in the pre-DGames era, but I did play Eor's "The Thing" and end up suckered into the game shortly thereafter. A few of Tom's games in the BRoom were what got me, I believe.

i joined a couple of games before dgames existed and they just held them in forum games. most people including myself didnt know how to play so i bounced after those games and came back a couple years later when the room began with toms games using simple setups. i had been doing some adventure games in that span so was around when it kicked off

To be fair, the distaste was mutual in some regards.

Pop quiz!

You are only allowed to play ten video games for the rest of your life. What are they?

EE's games

Perfect Dark Arcade, Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena, Syphon Filter 2, Megaman Anniversary Collection, Max Payne, Shadow of the Colossus, Shadow Man, 007: Everything or Nothing, Contra, Mass Effect

The lack of a multiplayer FPS kind of stings but eh, I'm pleased with my decision

  1. Phantasy Star Online Episode 1/2 Plus
  2. Fire Emblem... 7, 9 or 10. Undecided.
  3. Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
  4. Ninja Gaiden Black
  5. The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
  6. Golden Sun: The Lost Age
  7. Donkey Kong Country
  8. Prooooobably Dark Souls, even not having played it yet. (Fits a LOT of categories)
  9. World of Warcraft (If it was frozen in time during the Burning Crusade (Sunwell))
  10. Blazblue: Chrono Phantasma

I have a really hard time putting Brawl on there, because MK exists. Can't put melee because no tech skill. If Smash 4 is balanced, that would replace BlazBlue.

1. Pokemon Puzzle League
2. Super Smash Bros. 64
3. Earthbound
4. Megaman X
5. SSX Tricky
6.
Guitar Hero
7. Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door
8. Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
9. Earthworm Jim
10. Super Mario 64

Some of these I picked because I am that guy who does speedruns of games dependent of how much I like them. I can beat PPL on S-hard in 48 minutes with 0 continues. I actually have a video recording of me doing this but I've delayed it because I think I could do way better. I would probably max out all of my time on SSB64 and perfecting PPL, then moving onto games like SM64 and playing TTYD/WW in my spare time. When I get tired of those I would switch over to earthbound and do low level challenges or any other things I can think of. SSX Tricky would be my good clean fun session of 30 minutes but I might go for mastering that; I'm already pretty good. Earthworm Jim isn't speedrun worthy really but I love it and It's challenging enough to keep my attention, same category of Megaman X but I've actually tried buster-only speedruns and etc. I'm not at the level I could be but that would require more time than what I want to put in it.

Oh yeah, 5-6 years of Guitar Hero and I had a scorehero account before. I still play in my sparetime but I only play customs. I've been wanting to upload one of my runs but once again, lack of time and interest.

Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
Final Fantasy.... Anthology, if we're cheating? (I love all these games, and any of them except XI or XII would be fine by me.)
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Super Smash Bros. Brawl (although I'm really getting into Project: M lately)
Tales of Symphonia
Dragon Age: Origins
The Orange Box
Some form of Call of Duty... prolly MW2 if I had to pick one

1. Super Smash Brothers Melee (Self-Explanatory, I could never get bored of this game as much as I sometimes think I can)

2. League of Legends (Play this with the homies all week erry week all day erry day <3)

3. Dota2 (When I finally can run it this month!)

4. Binding of Isaac (Finally being able to run this game I've already put in 15 hours just this week and will continue to play it for a long time coming can't wait for the remake)

5. Starcraft 2 (RTS Games with infinite custom game content and high level multiplayer
competition, simple enough)

6. Guild Wars 2(I figure I can just continue to level characters 1,000 times and have that sort of mindless fun if I only had ten games)

7. Chrono Trigger (My absolute favorite RPG, I have run through this game many times and can see myself running through it many times again)

8. Halo 4 (This game is so freaking fun, MP is fun, campaign looks cool [Hey guys we should finish that sometime maybe this week?])

9. The World Ends with You (Awesome music, awesome story, awesome game play, awesome characters)

10. Megaman Anniversary Collection (I used to speed run a lot of the Megaman games, my time for MM2 is actually absurdly fast and seriously who doesn't love Megaman?

So far all I can tell is you're not cool unless you include Megaman Anniversary Collection.

1. Super Smash Brothers Melee (I take breaks from it, but I could never completely lose interest. Such a great game with a STILL EVOLVING METAGAME. WTF.)
2. Megaman X Collection (Love this series to death.)
3. SF3 Third Strike Anniversary Edition (comes with SF2Turbo) (I've always wanted to get good at both of these games; I like their combo systems immensely and I love SF2's soundtrack.)
4. Dark Ages (an old school Nexon MMO [now owned by Kru Interactive]. Graphics are deplorable but certain mechanics make the game really fun for me.)
5. Poke'mon Gold (would have chosen Blue, but Gold takes priority because it has tons more content.)
6. Any Tetris game that has a large variety of modes with graphics that are easy on the eyes.
7. Mario Kart 64 (easily my favorite racing game of all time.)
8. Banjokazooie (favorite platformer)
9. Persona 3: FES (favorite JRPG)
10. Some game that is consistently patched (i.e. WoW, League, Dragon Nest, although I'm not so sure about DN yet 'cause I've only been playing it for less than 2 weeks.)

Honorable mentions:
11. Donkey Kong (original for the arcade.) (I've lowkey wanted to try getting the world's highest score in that game ever since I watched King of Kong, but never had the time to really focus on it.)
12. Every Final Fantasy ever made.

Couldn't play either over and over but these are 2 of my top 3 favorite games of all time.
Chrono Trigger I could run through over and over, I think. I love that game.

Lufia II, tho? Yea I could prolly do multiple run-throughs of that game (I have played through it like 3 or 4 times. It has fantastic puzzles/dungeon design, but those lose some of the fun when you already know how to solve everything), but it's real replayability comes from the Deep Dungeon sidequest. Could do that over and over again for sure. I've also still never hunted down all the dragon eggs, and you need to do it a few times to get all the rewards from that quest + fight the superboss.

@Bardull. you ever actually played ever Final Fantasy ever made? I'd skip XII in a heartbeat. So terrible.

I also would've included Megaman X in some way, but I couldn't decide on any one game (I own them individually). I suppose if there's a collection, I'd swap that in there somewhere... prolly in exchange for Call of Duty.

I know, bro. It's why it almost made the list. TWEWY, however, was closer. The two RPGs I picked are super replayable due to the customization and ability to easily place restrictions to change the experience.

1. Pokemon Blue (GB)
2. Pokemon Silver (GBC)
3. Harry Potter and the Philospher's Stone (GB)
^ These were literally the only three (decent) games I owned for about 6 years. I've done at least 10 playthroughs of HP and uncountable amounts for Blue/Silver
4. Super Smash Bros. Melee (GC)
5. Mario Kart Double Dash (GC)
Best version
6. Xenoblade (Wii)
7. The Legend of Zelda: OoT (3DS)
8. The World Ends With You (DS)
9. Chrono Trigger (SNES)
10. Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn (Wii)

Last 4 are pretty filler because while great games, they aren't insanely replayable.
