No one said he should primarily play those champions, but he should definitely learn those champions for when they're available. It'd be ******** not to know how to play Alistar/Blitz/Shen if and when they aren't banned, because then you're handing the opposing team a really great champion.

There's also the fact that champions are constantly patched, so there may be a chance that Alistar/Blitz/Shen become nerfed a little to the point of not being banned every game, but they are still viable in competitive play.

Unless they don't care if you have them, aka their comp is ready for it.

I mean i won but seriously the amount of times i found myslef getting bodied by 3 other champs was to great.

As far as I heard, not quite, but lasted a lot longer because there wasn't quite as much outrage.

@Ryker - What Adumb said. Also, I was recommending champions, he can do whatever he wants in the grand scheme of things. Doesn't make a difference to me. It's not a bad thing to be familiar with the current meta though, hell, I'd even say it gives him equal footing going in against all those smurfs that people make these days.

@RR - Well, I mean, duh, but it's hard to "counter" those champions since, no matter who you try to counter them with, those champions are going to be pretty viable throughout the game (although I feel like Morgana is beginning to fall off for some reason.)

His ability to defend towers even when he's dead is pretty legit though, especially for taking the Windmill at game start.

very true X1, very true. You wouldn't imagine the amount of times Lay waste was landed post death, not to mention every time by the time i died i had a requiem saved up, my double was post death so it made it that much better

Can't because of three very important things :

1) i has none of those runes
2) i haven't unlocked half the abilities he was using.
3) i am a scum bag

*1b) I also have yet to figure out how to acquire said runes, get at me for being a newb. I'm assuming the spells / masteries are acquired via level gain

You can still CP them and be relevant while decreasing their relevance.

Even then, I wouldn't recommend going right for them unless it is fitting for your style like Ryker said. And even then you gotta learn other character when your champ gets picked/banned.

That is probably more important to learn multiple characters in 2-3 roles, while at least understanding the other ones you don't play if people want you to do it.

But if they are that OP, then more often than not being good at champs who won't get banned is more valuable. Even more so if your team comp just doesn't care at all if they pick them.

Good games guys. Made a few mistakes but I'll try to learn from them.

I wish I could watch you more. The only glaring mistake I know you made is when you dived them at their own turret and forced us to engage. That could've gone horribly. The general rule of thumb is "don't be the hero." Even if you are all the deeps in lategame, you're not tanky enough to survive five people focusing you and bad positioning like that will **** you over. If you saw me, I was blatantly sitting in the back of the fight, throwing cards whenever I could.

I have to imagine you did well in lane, considering you were up a few kills on the Cait. But then 7/0 Leona. I'd have to watch the game from your perspective. CS better's going to be applicable until you get literally every last hit. Everyone can CS better.

brb lasthitting all the champ kills (seriously, half my kills were me blue carding the enemy champ without hitting it any bit beforehand).

Thanks dude. Well to explain what I was trying to do, I was trying to ult but not close enough where they can focus me. I don't know if MF had to walk up before doing so, or I lagged to the point of moving in too close. (Slight 1 sec lag) Even so I also do need to remember that the tank has to be the one to initiate, I just have this impulsive "GO NOW" kinda thing.

Lane wise I forgot what happened already lol.

Now the client is down. I have been practicing the free champs. Gonna buy the champion bundle next week.

I find that hard to believe except maybe the very beginning (still a hard pill to swallow) when Anivia's been around forever, but maybe I'm wrong.

What? AFAIK, a Smurf is a new account made by a player who's already pretty well experienced in the game. How can they possibly have their own "ELO" (especially considering ELO points aren't awarded until ranked games begin)?

Rake needs to learn some basic survival techniques. Life is painful for the new Karthus player when your only escape is that slow wall which doesn't always slow the enemy down enough.
