Xonar I've been practicing that hand thing that you posted that anime girl gif doing. I've been doing it every day. I was about to make a youtube video for you, but now I have to learn to do it while looking at the BACK of my hand. I kept trying to do it, but it takes like twice as much focus in mirror mode.
Holy crap dude, nice one.

From a Zyra main:
I'm glad my reaction images are slowly seeping into your folder. The big merge is close.

I do what I can. At my highest aspiration, I am but a court jester, and these forums are the hallowed halls of my buffoonery.

But Adventure Time is and always will be my most prolific muse.

HOLY CRAP

It did that?

Awesome!

If you laughed about this...
You dirty *******! This is a pic from an old, traditional, religious Japanese festival, Hōnen Matsuri. Hell, it could even be a picture from the Kanamara Matsuri.

Really though, why would you disrespect Japanese culture like that? Pff.

If you laughed about this...
hehe it is pretty funny

also I'm bored

Screw everything else, take this instead. Kary is the bossest of bosses.
oh, you :embarrass:

someone find me a cute bashful reaction image. Xonar, I hear you're bored?

Also, I feel like playing some live-action mafia; some marathon games, I believe you call them? I suppose I could get skype or something sorted but I'd rather do it here.

Timezones, though.

Also I really want to hydra for Rockin's Kingmaker game, but ehh.

I read an article a while ago... it was about shooting a donkey by accident (more or less). But anyways, it mentions how we don't have a word to describe all the things we do because we can't make a decision, or achieve what we want to. The equivalent in animals is 'displacement activity', so I guess you could use that term.

I'm checking SWF as a displacement activity... I do kinda want to play mafia etc., but in reality I have eleven more pressing things to do.

eleven

Reading about displacement activities is actually pretty interesting.
Mhm.

The xx reminds me of Phoenix Foundation, instrumentally

:ohwell:

the xx don't remind me of anything

this pheonix foundation you speak of don't appear to have the same slow tempos, reverb, and use of emptiness I expect from the xx

but /opinions

I don't really care for the XX. They played on my pandora once and it was like 'well this is nice' but I wasn't amazed.

Even that has more flourishes than the majority of The xx's material. I would consider that song much more akin to what Grizzly Bear does.

EDIT: It is a beautiful song though.

This is when we find out you and I are not, in fact, the same person, Soup. Although I will say that The xx did need to grow on me.

Family Guy sometimes has episodes that remind me of the earlier seasons, but more recently hasn't been that good.

I didn't get into American Dad since people told me it was very political, and stuff like that hasn't been appealing to me in years. I still like things like South park but that is because they make fun of everyone.

Futurama over the Simpson's, only because I've barely watched that show over Futurama that I've seen the whole series.

Maybe I just need the same treatment too. This is what I got on Pandora.

Like most shows, it strayed from that very limited premise pretty quickly. They got all the obvious political stuff out of their system early on, so now it's mostly just stuff that happens to the family.

It's kind of like how Community pretty much stopped being even a little bit about students at a community college, like, halfway through its first season, and now it's just about all the bat**** crazy things those people do together.

Character development is a *****. I guess it also comes with the fact they run out of ideas and they would rather try and show off their characters and dialouge rather than sticking to the original premise. There's also shows that stick with their original premise, their original jokes and bury them into the ****ing ground taped over a laughtrack going off every 5 seconds.

Holy ****, I ****ing love that track. Although it's also kind of not really a great representation of what they do since a big part of their sound is the vocal interplay.

Try these, if you're interested enough.

Islands

Crystalized

Angels

Islands is my personal favorite, but I think most people consider Crystalized to be the stand out song from their debut (I think it depends on what introduced you to them, really. Crystalized was the first single, but I heard Islands first). And Angels is the best song from their new album, in my opinion.

I also think Intro is one of the best pieces of music the band has put out so far, but it might not be the best thing to hook a new listener. Something with a chorus to hold on to might work better.

Would be best to ask rockin Werekill.
He's the mod so he makes the rules.
But of course none of us mind if you played :)
