And I'm having so much trouble finding Dragon Quest VIII somewhere to buy online where ir's not ridiculous expensive. Everyone I've seen is like $30+ which is ridiculous. I'm trying to find it somewhere for like 15 or so. Like they're marked as good condition at 30 it's crazy. I've seen unopened ones for 40 but blegghhh. :/ Tryna find Final Fantasy IX and VIII as well in good conditions to complete my collection.

Good games don't come cheap m'afraid. Check ebay is my advice. That or ask Santa Claus.

I buy pretty much all my games used off Amazon. If you check back daily for something you want, prices tend to fluctuate up and down at least 5 or 10 bucks, so just wait for something to pop up at a lower price, and jump on it. It usually takes me around a month to actually buy something after I've decided I want it, and probably at least a month before that of looking at stuff i'm interested in before deciding i want it.

I'm so sad. My phone is jailbroken, so I haven't updated to the newest version. It requires 7.1, and though it's jailbreakable, I'm too lazy to go through the process.

And if I'm not mistaken, now that iOS8 is out, I can't go to anything but 8.....

Wouldn't the new software just tax your phone without really adding any new useful features?

I don't think it'd tax my enough to be a problem.

I don't want to upgrade to 8 because it's not jailbreak ready.
I was previously too lazy to upgrade to 7.1

I heard that people preferred using 6 because the native OS on 7 performed app refreshing which also screwed with their browsers and would automatically refresh tabs resulting in more taxation on the hardware when it wasn't much of a problem previously. I know that it was noticeable on tablets since multi-tabs are more of a thing for that than on phones.

I don't understand the underlying programming behind it. But I think it's frankly amazing that you had an operating system that was able to run so much using only 1 gig of RAM. I remember when laptops only came with 2 gig of RAM and it was impossible to run anything on Windows Vista without the system clearly struggling to keep up with you (disregarding Vista being a joke of an OS).
