yeah he's not a bad player at all, but really poker has developed so much over the past years. now the fields are much bigger, with many good players in the fields. but of course there are plenty of donkeys out there so phil can take advantage of them and chip up.

Phil's style is alright, I think it's kinda boring and predictable but if it works for him, so be it.

His fundamentals are really weak. If you were to look at the hands that he shoves on in cash games. Pure spew. He doesn't read boards very well at all.

Antonio Esfandiari is a nit who plays really **** good. Patrik Antonius is also one of my favorites next to David Benyamine. Those 3 are juggernauts compared to bill filmaff.

patrik is ****ING AMAZING! and might i add, quite a handsome man if i say so myself.

benyamine is also good, but phil ivey is also a beast :o you forgot him.

and i'm sure you know about tom dwan, aka durrr. kid has made a **** load and he's so young. easily one of the best players in the game.

Welll hey, are there any local meetups going on in the DFW area nowadays?
Because I'm looking to improve my ROB, he's decent right now, I'd say like tournament entry level or so.
But I think that a little practice against some good players could do me some real good.
