I've played quite a few maf games. First game was Taco maf on this 'ere site. From there I've played maybe 10 ~ 15 maf games here, and a few games on AIMmaf.

Welp considering I've been fooling around with the Miami references

One fun fact about this game is that I think I can out play most, if not, all of the players in this game.

Considering that the majority of Soup's posts are going to be confusing and then passed off as "blatant sarcasm" the whole game, I would be perfectly content with lynching him toDay and saving us all the headache.

Yeh, it's a Spanish name. I've been referring to a list of Dexter characters for awhile now to get a good handle on flavors and potential posting restrictions.

Angelo Batista is a detective in Miami Metro Police Department's Homicide Division. Batista is basically good-natured, with a dry sense of humor. He is also totally honest, at the request of his father on his deathbed. Angel is also shown wearing a Trilby Hat almost all the time. After having an affair with another woman, he confesses his actions to his wife; she immediately ends their relationship, although it takes months for the painful separation to conclude.
Angel takes an interest in Lila and eventually ends up sleeping with her. However, Lila takes rohipnol and then files **** charges against Angel. During this period, Dexter admits that if he were "normal," he would want to be a man like Batista. Ultimately, the charges are dropped once Lila moves to Paris.
At the start of season 3, Batista is promoted to Sergeant and made the department's new lead case investigator to replace the now-deceased Doakes. However, he risks his career by attempting to sleep with a hooker who turns out to be an undercover cop. After persistent but gentlemanly advances, Angel begins a relationship with the other officer; Barbara Gianna.
By the start of Season 4, it appears that Angel and Barbara have amicably split, and he has a romantic involvement with LaGuerta, although this is kept hidden from those they work with. In "Hello, Dexter Morgan", they secretly get married with Dexter as witness. Though in season 5 it has become common knowledge throughout the office.

I agree, he's reserved, but I don't see RR as I did in RE4. Granted, scum's best position at that point was to hide in the shadows and his automatic reaction to take on Chibo once the list was ****ed was more of what gave him away to me but he's doing things for now. I don't think he's full on town but I lean towards it.

Yeh, I realize I was dumb for saying J's town because he does ****tons of work, I've done that too in past games. I agree with Ryker when he says J feels like Pizza J, having been the other head on that hydra when we played with him but I'm not totally leaning on that--I don't like meta tells in the first place and I've never played with scum J.

I don't like J's initial wall because a lot of it is just him quoting every post he can find and asking a question about it. A lot of it is the same question or similar variations of "why are you doing this?" that gets redundant and samey. It's not a good way of conducting it.

This is the second time now that you've brought up Pizza mafia in an attempt to meta me. I wasn't going to reply to the first one because I don't want to talk about on-going games. However, I haven't even flipped in Pizza mafia yet, and in Pizza I was purposely playing as a noob Day 1 to gauge reactions. This is my second game in DGames, and I already feel a lot less awkward and more comfortable with you guys. For these reasons, my play will definitely look unfamiliar in early D1.

When you said the other person in your mason was Astor, I read it as the person other than Ryker and me. Thus, I thought it's a three person mason and figured it was Rita, Cody, and Astor.

So, Ryker has both claimed to be Dexter and to not be Dexter? Which is the truth? I find it unlikely Astor and Dexter are masons unless something really crazy happened in Seasons 4 and 5 (which I haven't seen, so minimum spoilers please.)

I'd like to take off my Mafia hat for a minute and respond to these two quotes as Chisa and not as Tandora.

I think Soup has shown a great deal of disrespect to both Chibo and the players in this game. Chibo has gone through a lot of effort to make this game flavorable and took an extra step to ensure players were still interested in the game before starting instead of just assuming "Hey, he signed up, he must be interested."

Not only is Soup the second person to request a replacement in less than 24 real hours of the game starting, he also just dropped his role's character name. I think this is unfair to whoever may replace him if he does actually drop out. If you are leaving the game, it really was not fair of you to do that since you are nowhere near lynching and you have no fear of your slot dying before a replacement can be called in.

If you truly are town, then you hurt your faction by being unwilling and unable to honor your commitment to this game and by outing your character in such a fashion.

They've claimed that they're both one or the other but they're hiding which one to **** with the scum. Now the scum (and I guess the doc) have to guess which one is Dexter and hope they get it right. Weird, dumb gambit but if it pays off, it works.

Soup, if you want to play without getting frustrated, or frustrating others, just chill out a little. Look at the post count: you're the second highest by far (it's kind of weird being in a game where J doesn't have the most posts hehe)
Now, Ryker has the most posts, but I think he's providing clear-cut content, and is definitely getting something done for D1. You, however, got frustrated and want to replace out already. If you really want to ... improve, I guess? then just post a little less (it's almost to the point of being spammy), and reread your posts before you make them. It feels like you're rambling sometimes, and I don't know where it's getting anyone. Basically, try to look at your posts as if you were in someone else's shoes, and think of how they would see that. Do you think you've looked scummy so far? Do you think that's helped, if you're town? I don't. I think it makes you an easy target to tunnel on, and can distract town. Unless I was right about Red Ryu being scum and focusing on an easy target, then it did end up helping.
