No, it has no such mechanics, but it has no vanilla roles and I promise there is something included in it that will make each and every player made. I am not sure which element will anger you, but it will leave you at the very least annoyed. The game itself will be playable though and fall under vanilla conventions despite the presence of some uncommon roles.

Sign up with a grain of salt and take yourself a little less seriously. I had meant to post that as a warning to Swiss, but you just asked, so it can pull double duty.
