Despite the fact that Tingle is getting his own game, I still think that his chances are slim to nihil.
He still is a character from the legend of Zelda games, no matter what. I think that there are other character that are more important and interesting, therefore more deserving of a spot.
I still think that Tingle will just have a cameo, just like in SSBM. I am excited about what it could be though..

To answer the above question, not really. Tingle is kind of like Fonzy or what'shisname. He was there, he was weird, some people liked him and then he took over the series. The last thing didn't actually happen with Tingle, but it did in a dark alternative universe. There's also a giant spider ruling the USA there. It's called Brad.

Ugh, the text is so small that it'll take me awhile to decipher this stuff. I'm not gonna translate everything, because most of this stuff isn't anything important in the least. And also, some of it is too small for me to make out what symbol it is.


"Battle Angel!!" Pit: Something so small that I can't read it.

"Swallow Anything!!" Kirby: Stuff about how he uses his copy power in smash.

"Strong Sword!!" Metaknight: Kirby's rival, blah blah.

"Overthrow Mario!?" Wario.....


Okay, thats about all I'm going to do. I read ahead in the article, and it seems tailored to people who haven't even heard of what the smash series is. Hell, a little box even says "What is Smash Bros?" and gives a summary.

Nothing new here.

Thats either CoroCoro magazine trying to be funny, or it is the winner of their "The Ultimate Character Contest" where readers send in their drawing of the "ultimate" ssbb char. Either way, it really has almost nothing to do with smash.

The first thing is apparently that they're going to reveal if it will use the Wii Remote or not, and then there's a "strongest character contest" for which people can send in entries on postcards. I'm assuming it's just a poll that Coro Coro is conducting. And Tinkle is just there as a gag.


Basically it's the same thing that everyone else has been saying, but no one mentioned this yet - that CoroCoro will be revealing if this will be using the Wii remote or not.....next month. -_-

It hasn't been a particularly great day for me today, so let me reread that part and see if I overlooked something (I only looked at the picture with tingle, cause thats all people were talking about). Give me a minute.

EDIT: Blatantly says at the top there, "Wiimote usage predictions" and the caption under the picture is, "This time its Wii! Will your predictions prove to be correct...!?"

That guy probably read it a bit differently. Looks like its just a contest or something for people to send in their predictions for how Brawl will use the wiimote as it doesn't say they are actually revealing anything.

Haha, thank God. Of all the things they could try and hype up, the possibility of Wii-mote control isn't really one of them.

Yeah...I'm pretty sure the Wiimote isn't going to be the main controller for Brawl. Even if you tipped it on it's side and used it like a normal controller it still wouldn't work.

I think it would be great if Brawl had a mini game section for use with the Wiimote. It would add a lot of depth to the game and give it some of that Wii novelty.

Yeah.. I actually think Wii-mote mini-games would be really out-of-place and lame. They wouldn't have anything to do with the real game, if it in fact doesn't use the Wii-mote. (Which I hope it doesn't.)
