And yes, I could be wrong, but then again so could you. Can you read Korean? or Japanese? or whatever that is? Probably not, because you would know what it means by now.
I'm saying that it's a cute joke, displaying how they could use Wii-mote functions and who would be funny to see in Smash. But that's just me.

I think he just means he can read what words are on it but he doesn't know what they mean.

Most of it just looks like a restating on the characters which we've known for ages but I guess the sidebar thing might have something new. Tingle as a character? Wouldn't be the worst I will still hope that it is something else.
Look, there's no freaking way that Sakurai would leak a new character like that. A new character is BIG NEWS you know? Sakurai is smart enough to know how to hype his game, and sort of "Oh yeah and by the way, there's a new character coming, if someone cares anyway. He's Tingle - yeah I know he's not that shabby and all that but he'll do. Here, have a cartoon picture of him." isn't going to happen. It's just some sort of drawing competition, or at most some minigame info. Keep waiting for the real news, you'll recognize it for sure when it's here.

Tingle's not going to be a playable character in Brawl, everybody calm down. If he was being announced as a character, I'm quite certain we would see his character image from Brawl or a screenshot or something.
But this CoroCoro thing is a bust. No new news. Just the same repeating old stuff that we've known for months.

It's called Tingles Rose Colored Rubee Land for the DS. Not out yet though.

All I know is your obliviously Tingle, and you have this uber loan to pay off so you have to go to several Islands(I believe 6-9) and collect Rubees to pay it off. But it has intense battles and Tingle can wield a sword for combat. I also saw something of him starting something with a guy in a bar then it went to this weird battle scene with them riding on clouds and fighting.
