WTF? They confirmed it quite a few times or something in the manga.
1. When he DIED
2. When he met with his father (who is dead)
3. When Tsunade confirmed it through Katsui
4. When Tsunade told Chouji that his dad survived but Kakashi didn't
5. Naruto couldn't feel Kakashi's chakra
People who think he is not dead... are in denial. Lol.
