Lifetime win/losses is pretty irrelevant. Otherwise trail would be much higher. I guess you start to suck when you get old.

haha, i think you just practice much less often. it becomes a chore to keep the game interesting after you've played it for so long.

zduck and hugs: I need to learn the samuc match up with falcon. I HATE IT with fox, I just can't stand it. I've seen 2-3 hours of mango and silentspectre vs hugs, and I just concluded that upairs and spaced knees **** samus. I can't find a thread that talks about the matchup, but hey you guys play the sexy biatch, so any advice.

oh and anyone else is welcome with how to beat samus, its the character that beats me

Let me tell you about this character named shiek.

You might not know about her as she's not on the character roster. Yep she's sort of a secret character. Here's how you do it. Select Zelda then hold the A button while the game starts. If you failed at that try pressing Down + B.

Now you might be saying. "I didn't know you can press two buttons at the same time!"
Well i'm here to inform you that you can and should be pressing multiple buttons at once.

Now once your playing shiek against samus walk up to her and hold the L or R button. Here's where to two button part comes in. Once she does anything either press A (Still holding L or R mind you.) If you are feeling fancy press X+Diagonally down towards samus+L/R. After that fancy manuever is completed press the Z button.

You will we be grabbing samus.

Next press A a couple times. You should see Shiek slapping the **** out of samus.
Good. Now press down. This will put samus floating nice and in front of you. Here's the trick with this next part. After you press down, she's ****ing helpless.

Ok now press X or Y to jump. Then press forward + A. With this complicated motion you get to slap samus again.

Now here's the trick. Land before she does (learn to be fast) and press L again. This will put up your shield. If samus does anything, grab her. If she airdodges, grab her. If she jumps, grab her anyways.

Press down again. See a pattern yet? No? Ok well then jump and press forward + A again.

Once you repeat this enough times, Samus should be off the stage. Now I want you to either throw needles at her. Or get on the ledge and do a back air. Don't **** this part up. A lot of people who think "woah i'm playing this awesome secret character" really screw this part up. Here's the secret. You need to actually hit samus with your needles and bair. It's just that easy.

Now don't worry if samus is shooting missiles and trying all sorts of crazy ****. She does that. But here's the truth. That **** sucks. Just keep moving forward and pressing shield. Then keep grabbing and slapping samus. You can do this. It's not hard.

Here's a list of people who have successfully switch to shiek and beaten samus.
Kels, Tink, Matt, Deku, Andale.

You can do this with shieks help. Shiek believes in you.

lol, okay got it, I rely on speed more then anything in this game. I kept getting dsmash after attacking. my thought process as fox is late nair shine. however I make to many mistakes as fox and literally get dsmash to edgeguraded. As sheik, I seriously thought all you had to tilt was tilt fair, which tilt fails on ground.

I look up videos of hugs and he beat lucky and zhu, which I was like wtf??? and he goes even with silentspectre. however I will watch m2k play against samus.

Probably depends on number of tournaments and activity. Normal PR seasons seem to be 3-4 months.

on fd, samus's up b sucks. usually she will up-b you then land on a platform and have frame advantage on you if she hits. but on fd you can always get a free hit unless she edge cancels it or grabs the edge. meaning you're free to go crazy on her shield when you're close to the middle of the stage.

Samus is a straight up knowledge matchup and is really easy once you figure out what to do, what is free, etc. i feel that the only reason falcons lose is not because they are worse but because they don't know the matchup

general gameplan is get underneath them and aerial them to death, samus in the air is abysmal

blocked samus d-smash = free knee

blocked up-b = full hop knee

get hit by up-b DI up really hard and fastfall and if there is a platform almost all Samuses will fall through it, only the few good samuses edgecancel plats to avoid punishment

up-throw early, hope they don't DI, up-air 8x

easy to pressure samus if you space well, be wary if they are good at crouch cancelling at early percents although you can sometimes bait out crouch cancel d-smash if you up-air and shield really quick

don't do silly approaches vs good samuses who will d-smash you at the edge and edgeguard you till you die

edgeguarding: grab edge, if they do not sweetspot grapple you get a free knee as they come up

you can jump at their bombs and mess them up really hard or knee right when the 2nd bomb explodes while they are bomb jumping

falcon wins 70-30 if ordinary samus

if abusive, ghey defensive samus then 60-40

listen to s2j, he's a pretty cool guy
