When fans of the characters that got into Melee got their choice for Melee, they switched to other favorites of theirs...which is why characters like Geno got higher on the Brawl poll...

I certainly would have voted Bowser...or Bomberman actually since I did vote on it...not realizing he was 3rd party

Interesting you mention that, since I'm a vetran of a different online community, many people there shared the same thought that Geno should be added to the fray. 8D!

Anywhoo, it would be a lot better if there was a list for Brawl instead of Melee.

My wishlist would have to be--
Geno .................(Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars)
Krystal...............(Star Fox Adventures)
Piers...................(Golden Sun: Lost Age)
Ray MKII.............(Custom Robo)
Ridley................(Metroid)

Samus is too popular to not have more Metroid representation, despite the fact that Ridley is insanely huge, but then again, Bowser is often three times his current size in other videogames, so they could. Resizing Ridley to a playable format is feasible if you consider Bowser's span in size across different games.

I'm hoping if Square-Enix would lend Geno, that it wouldn't count against the 'third-party' character slot, and in addition, contribute a black mage.

Dark samus won't be a clone, she will have many Phazon-based attacks.

I still have a Dark Samus sig button, though, if you want it. Just never got around to taking it out. XD
