Huh? Sheik, Zelda, and Zelda/Sheik are their own different characters. I don't see how Sheik deserves any points.

It's just a joke... in one of the updates Luigi moved down a ranking but Ankoku accidentally left him the Lime color for moving up. Thus the typo became a running joke that Luigi stays green. Wasn't this only like 2 pages ago
