Which is why I no longer have semi-clones in my roster, the only exception is Dixie because her hair and her Bubble-Gumn make her feel distinct like Luigi.

He could have access to the first non-item freezing projectile(Ice Ball)
But that's all I can really think of at the moment.

Would rather have the Super Mushroom implemented in his moveset since he is a mushroom servant.

I don't think the girls in Balloon Trip are that young. I would think at least 18.

But even so, the legal age of consent in Japan is 13, so......even if they were underage by US standards, they're acceptable by Japan's.

I don't even remember, can Roy wield axes? Maybe in Awakening...

I understand that Smash is non-canon, but I cannot see this happening -- it would seem like a desperate attempt to make him more unique. Might as well make Roy into a sword-wielding mage (at least this makes a bit more sense considering Roy wanted to become a mage before a swordsman).

If his Final Smash changes to an Arwing, I'd be fine. But I'd like to see more differences between him and Fox.

That was a great discussion a few pages back, pity it's over. I'll just throw in that, while any character can be made unique (or Sakurai can add anything from Rosalina to the goddamn WFT and have people deem it instantly the most unique thing ever), there's a difference between characters whose list of unique move options speaks for itself and characters who have no such list, forcing their fans to instead defend them as choices that wouldn't be dull as dishwater.

As far as Falco goes, people always suggested pre-Brawl that he get grenades or a jetpack or whatever, but those always seemed sort of half-heartedly thrown out just for the sake of getting rid of Fire Bird and Phantasm.

As long as Falco's fsmash is changed, I'll be happy enough. It would be nice if his dair was changed to be like how it was in melee, though. I'm not a Falco main, so I can't really speak to what other improvements he needs. I definitely want to see him back either way.

The article points out that Lana's design may very well been inspired by Palutena. Even one of the character designers of the show said something like that:

When we were working on Captain N, the Nintendo corporation gave us a bunch of 8-bit images of their characters. But, in some other cases they sent us some drawings or packaging art. I can't remember for sure if that was the case with Palutena, but from the look of her design that certainly was where her design came from. The similarity is too close to be a coincidence. Kudos to you!

I think 45 in the most likely option. That means we will either get veterans cut or five characters who were not present in Brawl.

And I'm afraid Mii and Pacman will make it. That means three/four/five spots could have gone to cooler characters.

I love when people recommend a 45 character roster at this point in the game.

It's pretty stupid actually, knowing that Sakurai wants to bring everyone back, and you all know that 45 characters is only 10 newcomers slot wise or 6 development wise, right?
48-52 is the most realistic range, in my opinion.
Then again I love to think positive.

I don't really think being a main villain automatically gives them top priority of being the next newcomer, it never felt like a strong reason to add a character and feels as equal as asking for more females because they are female.

It's not farfetch'd that Sakurai goes for a character for balancing purposes.

I'm completely indifferent to her. I'd prefer a potential fourth slot for a Star Fox rep go somewhere else (as in, to a different series), so, if anything, I'm against her because of that.

Krystal would be the most unique StarFox character, so I'd say her chances are very high!
