I find cats to be the most interesting of animals. They all act as if they're insane. They jump around, they act crazy, and just have moments where you can tell they aren't really thinking. I have had a cat for 5 years now and I love her so much. So use this thread to discuss cats, questions about cats, and how awesome they are. Let's also see some pictures of your cats. can someone tell me what type of cat that is. I've just been calling it a bear cat but it looks adorable.

is it wierd to say that ive had about 20 cats at one time??:confused: (no lie!!)
although i live out in the country and my cats are worse than rabbits:psycho:..... i remembered all their names as well!!!! and im the only one! now i only have 2:(........... all myother cats either died(thanks to cyotes) or wre given away:(....
but yes i agree... as much as i love dogs as well cats are bettr for me:)....

wow 20 cats? that's really crazy. The most I would even dream of having is 3, but even that would get out of hand. I would really like to get a bengal cat. They look like little tigers.

I have another question for you guys:
I have a 5 year old cat right now but i am thinking of gettin a bengal kitten but I'm nervous my other cat will mistreat it. Will they eventually get along or will they not get used to each other because I don't want to see the kitten get abused by the older cat.

they WILL eventually get along!
at least..... mine did.... one of the 20 cats we had we found abandoned!
it took about 4 days for it to get used to all the other cats and vise-versa.
but most cats are different(obviously)
but id say go for it!

For the record, I have two cats, one of which believes me to be its lover. Don't get any ideas.

LOL I love cats. My friend has 5 cats, 2 dogs and 2 birds at his house.

I only has a little dog named Minna, who's about 16 human years old. How much is that in dogs?

I plan to steal this one from my friend: (Yes I have pics of his cat >_<

My cousin found three kittens in a box near his work. They're so cute, but sadly I don't have pictures.

Cats are truly better than dogs imo. In fact any other opinion is wrong. Cats are so cool. They're independent, but also loving. I find most dogs to just slobber all over you.

I love cats. I had one for a day but my mum made my brother (who brought it home) get rid of it. :/ Kinda sucks. I wanna get another cat, hopefully when I move off to Uni or something.

i completely disagree. only big dogs slobber on people. my mini schnauzer doesnt slobber. my dog is loving. i had two cats once. we let them both go out and they came back. but with a dead parrot...parrots dont live wild in connecticut... we let them go out again. one didnt come back... i guess it was just a bad experience that i hate cats

cats.... heheh love them i agree that cats are independent and also loving!! thats why they are awsome, as grandeza said!

but i kindof agree with squirtle user when he TRIED to say that dogs are good too!! my dog is a good listener(is that wierd to say?? lol) he always enjoys to play and is also loving!

so cats and dogs. i love them both!

Cats are cute, but they are sneaky as hell. They are kinda pointless as pets because they do whatever the hell they want, with you or without you.

although i know this is with ALMOST all cats but my cats are basically dependant on what i do! theyre farm cats but if i dont feed them, they dont go searching for theyre own food they justchoose to starve! lol

I used to despise cats and support dogs 100%, but that's because I never gave cats a chance.

Both are great pets, but I'll be choosing a cat when I'm older since I've had a dog all through my childhood.

i despise cats. when i was little (and i am hispanic) i had to go to costa rica for like 2 years while my parents settled some problems. while staying there with my grandparents from my fathers side i went to visit my grandmother from my mom's side. she gave me a little baby chick. it was the most adorable thing that ever came to this earth. then one day the ****ing neighbor cat came and ate the poor creature. my grandmother had like 3 parrots i used to play alot with and the ****ing neighbor cat also ate like 2 of them. every night when i stay to sleep the ****ing neighbor cat comes and runs in our roof. yeah our roof was laminated and what not. yesterday it ate 3 ****ing eggs these birds laid. the poor creatures were pecking the ****ing beast. it ran away and the birds were ****ing sad for the whole day and they left only leaving thier nest. that why i was happy when my uncle accidentally ran over the neighbor cat years and years ago. actually it ran over its ****ing head. when we came out to investigate you could see its brain oozing out of its cracked head (no joke)

awwww..... not cool!!! as much as i love cats the was a "devil in disguise"!!!! (can anyone tell me who sang that song?? lol)
