You guys in the anime club should watch season 7 of Digimon. It's really really really good. That's totally sarcastic, by the way. Seriously, when you're going to have a big reveal of the secret behind the season and stick all the plot into one episode, you don't have it be only 3 sentences long. Whoever made the series deserves to be fired. Multiple times.

What's the turnout looking like so far?
It's kind of short notice so IDK right now. If I can get people from Charlotte that wanna go and we get housing then perhaps.

durrr, idk what attendance is looking like. It's a new venue and stuff and if I judged it off my last venue then we'd get about 30 people, but since it's a new venue and stuff idk. AL scheduled a tournament on the same day so reflex won't be there that's all I really know.

Just so we're clear, not much is changing with me. I've already been going all Bowser (or close to it) at the past few tourneys. Also, D3 and ICs are probably still off-limits, because those MUs are absolute ****. If I become good enough to win those MUs, though, then I'll bite.

The only problem with your tourney's date, P1, is that NC is having a tourney this weekend, next weekend, possibly the weekend after that (no details on it yet), and the weekend after that!

Thanks...life is tuff for a dubs player in the smash community. Like when I first moved to Richmond, VA. I had to first team with their lowest unranked players and prove myself in friendlies. It is very frustrating, time consuming, and money consuming. Took a whole year to prove myself at the national level even tho at my first tourney I bodied top level singles players in dubs at MLG even without all my current advanced singles skills I've created(just using dubs smarts). People just pick who they are comfortable with or who is known for their singles accomplishments. And think they are good in dubs based on who they beat and don't analyze their skills based on their own team/team work. People don't understand dubs so they don't respect dubs players. lol some people will even say u get carried if u team with someone who is known for their singles skills. That is what happened in VA and I was like "say whaaaa".
Let me vent a tiny bit more lol. Imagine going to Pound 5, a huge smash fest and having to team with a wifi random. I watch the screen and be like if only I could have someone around my own skill to team with. After Pound 5, I promised that the first time I got someone who could hold their own, I wouldn't lose!! And that is what has happened in my smash career and continues to happen. I've worked hard and am proud of it! The will of fire baby! So say all yer smart remarks yall want but it won't hold me down.
That's part of my story and any player that has the motivation, determination, and believes in themselves can do amazing things too. Believe it! (American Naruto voice).
