I did find back ups, I do have back ups they would be in Charlotte. Your basically trying to take the whole car I planned on taking except Stingers.

I mean me and steve and brian all hang out quite a bit of the time and always go to tourneys together not to mention we live in a decent proximity of each other and more than likely they could all just meet at my house before leaving.

Yeah I played Zero Gamer last night (in person). His Lucario is legit. I showed him the PSC video (he told me he hadn't seen it before). It was cool to get some practice in with someone who was ranked in this state before, departed, and managed to get ranked in the same state as Reflex.

You can't act during it and it just seems like an oversimplification of a character, ignoring walling/zoning and different forms of stage control properties(I'm aware they can still exist by rolling a lot but these factors seem reduced greatly).

Lol I guess this will just be another one of those reasons I don't get Brawl. Rolling as a primary means of movement and positioning just seems ridiculous to me.

Afaik rolling with Lucario is kinda hard to punish just because of the few frames you're vulnerable and how quick the roll is. I've predicted rolls by lucario(and DDD) and still couldn't get the right timing down to dancing blade them out of their rolls......

so yeah the rolls are really good but better than moving is eh

Lucario's a bad character. He can't control the stage or apply real pressure because his range really isn't that good, his priority sucks, and he's too slow.

The only thing you can do is run away and punish their mistakes when they act dumb and try to inflict as much damage as possible when punishing.

i think you guys are forgetting how incredibly hard it is to punish lucarios roll with half the cast that is in super smash bros brawl.... it's def one of his best tools

they dont call him noobcario for nothing.


nubs and pros of that char do basically the same thing. it's just the pros are smarter.

thats literally the ONLY difference between a scrub lucario and a pro.

Yo, Dublio, remember that one tournament at PLUR's when we stayed up alllllll day and night? Lol, 64-man tournament mode, all entrants named Vilt.

And yes, there's not too much variety in Lucarios because Lucario just doesn't have any actual potential or creativity. He can't use any of the ATs in Brawl either. He just sorta exists.
